Just subscribed. Still watching your video. What you say is true. These skills are important. I recently got promoted and much of it had to do with reporting and analytics I was able to do for my department just using excel. The more I learn, the more valuable I become. Always trying to skill up.
Great question - realistically I'd say it takes several months of consistent practice (3-4 months min) until you feel like you have a good advanced grasp on these skills. Start with consistent weekly practice and with time, before you know it, you will have some advanced skills
