However, in that time (thanks to the economic growth associated w managing BTS) Big Hit Entertainment expanded into the publicly traded company known as HYBE. HYBE then went out and bought a lot of medium to smaller sized labels. So now HYBE is the parent company to like 6 labels, including Big Hit Music which manages BTS and TXT. In terms of groups, HYBE now manages around 8 groups (give or take).

For the last few comments you guys made, I wanna let you know some things 1. 2023 was a year full of interactions between TXT and BTS, they don't really have variety shows or stuff like that kind together, but they've either seen each other in past events (and interacting publicly) or have mentioned either the group's name or a member's name in each other's live. He wasn't in this episode) has been randomly mentioned in a few Suchwita episodes because of a challenge he accidentally popularized on Tiktok called the sorry for being cute challenge (You can see Yoongi and Jimin trying the trend in Jimin's episode). Antoher example is the documentary, Beyond The Stars Ep 7, Namjoon (RM) mentioned he worked in 0x1 Love Song (TXT's song. The one he co-wrote). If you want to see some funny TXT variety I recommend their show TO DO, eps 72-73: World’s Best Spring Fairy Contest were really funny and shows how chaotic they are as a group. Love TXT so much and your discussions about their candid thoughts was so great! Would love to see more of them. Their relationship with BTS is exactly as you said at the end, 90% behind closed doors but that small percentage we see publicly is so special.

18:00 BIGHIT MUSIC, the music label- only has bts, txt and one soloist. their parent company HYBE, which has more labels along with bighit music have 1/2 in each as well, so overall hybe has a lot of groups😅 its confusing because technically bighit music started buying other labels since 2018/19 when they were still named "bighit entertainment" so people think all these new groups from diff labels are also bts' juniors😭 they only renamed and revamped the whole thing in 2020/21. so later bighit entertainment seperated their music label side(BIGHIT MUSIC) and then renamed the company to HYBE who only do the managing/financial side of ALL LABELS under them. the music label themselves are responsible for the music prod and making for their resp groups.
Im a singer and I like to think that there are born singers and trained singers. Born singers kinda just know how to sing but know the musical terms yet. Trained singers is kinda self-explanatory, literally taught how to sing. There were a few people in my choir class that came in saying they couldn’t sing, and by the end of it, they came into their own type of singing. 31:18

BigHit only has Lee Hyun ( soloist), BTS and TXT. Lee was in military service and couldn’t mentor BTS since military service was much longer back then than it is now. BTS shows a lot of support to TXT and they seem to also be very close to Lee Hyun too. Lee did an episode of his show where he was an assistant to BTS for a day, or 2, they seem to have a lot of fun 😊

I love these guys. Yeonjun was so embarrassed he told people not to watch 😂 and Taehyun has superhuman poise. I admire him and I want a tenth of his confidence. HYBE (formerly Big Hit Entertainment), however, has a bunch of labels under them such as Bit Hit Music, Belift, Pledis, ADOR, and so on. A few groups under these labels would be like Enhypen, Seventeen, New Jeans, and so on and so on. And then you have HYBE Japan that has groups like &Team and you've got HYBE America that has connections with a ton of famous western artists. I remember army sharing an infograph years ago to simplify explaining what was going on with the Big Hit restructure and acquisitions lmao. Tbh, it's kinda overwhelming that Big Hit started out with having problems with bankruptcy and etc and then BTS happened and they got all that money to build upon. It's crazy. Besides the interviews with the other members, this is one of my favorites. I love seeing BTS as mentors and you cam can see how much Yoongi really enjoys being a mentor. One thing that is funny to me is when Yoongi was talking about how some of the younger one come to him for advice, and Joon asks why noone comes to him for help...haha this made me laugh but at the same time i like that they are so willing to help their junior groups. 1. 2023 was a year full of interactions between TXT and BTS, they don't really have variety shows or stuff like that kind together, but they've either seen each other in past events (and interacting publicly) or have mentioned either the group's name or a member's name in each other's live. To put on an example, Soobin (TXT's leader. He wasn't in this episode) has been randomly mentioned in a few Suchwita episodes because of a challenge he accidentally popularized on Tiktok called the sorry for being cute challenge (You can see Yoongi and Jimin trying the trend in Jimin's episode). Antoher example is the documentary, Beyond The Stars Ep 7, Namjoon (RM) mentioned he worked in 0x1 Love Song (TXT's song. The one he co-wrote). Also TXT in general, randomly mention them, a few days ago, a video got posted in Taehyun's (The cute well spoken guy in Suchwita that didn't look like he had a drink at all) variety show channel, he got asked who are his role models and he mentioned both Jungkook and J-hope and also Soobin has said in many occasions how much he admires Jin and Namjoon, he said this on live in 2022 I believe? but he admitted he went to RM's house and they're pretty close.
2. If you're looking for a time they were together though. Back in 2019, in the middle of BTS' Love Yourself: Speak Yourself Tour, we got TXT freshly debuted (Also doing their own showcase around different cities of the US) in a very cute segment.

From 2019 until now we've got a lot of interactions between two groups. They also look way more comfortable around each other because they actually had the chance to built a relationship. They're close! They've said it before! They both are really supportive of each other's group. Remember J-hope was a headliner in Lollapalooza? 5. I think you mentioned something about BTS' staff now that they're in the military. From my understanding they still have the job because BTS has pre filmed a bunch of content to keep us entertained during this time. Also, I think you guys mentioned something about the staff maybe working for TXT considering they're under the same company, but no, each group gets their own people working in their team. Sometimes, they help each other out. Yep, they do. For example, Slow Rabbit (TXT's main producer) has helped in a lot BTS song because he used to work with them for a very long time. Also, one of Yoongi's closest friends and also a producer, El cxpitxn has helped TXT in a few tracks as a producer, but outside of that they have their own staff for everything they do. Btw Hybe as a corporation acquired a lot of agencies and thus, their groups (Even though a lot debuted in the past 2 years) but TXT is the only other group apart from BTS in Big Hit Music (In the past, Big Hit entertainment) Big hit only has 3 artists: BTS, TXT and Lee Hyun (Soloist)

I loved this interview (not just because Drunk!Yeonjun is peak comedy) because it is EXACTLY as you said Steph, "Because I love and I'm invested in BTS, to see them care and invested in someone else, now I want to get invested and see them succeed too!" That is exactly how I felt about TXT when I first was introduced to the group. You should have seen it guys! 18:00 BIGHIT MUSIC, the music label- only has bts, txt and one soloist. their parent company HYBE, which has more labels along with bighit music have 1/2 in each as well, so overall hybe has a lot of groups😅
its confusing because technically bighit music started buying other labels since 2018/19 when they were still named "bighit entertainment" so people think all these new groups from diff labels are also bts' juniors😭 they only renamed and revamped the whole thing in 2020/21. so later bighit entertainment seperated their music label side(BIGHIT MUSIC) and then renamed the company to HYBE who only do the managing/financial side of ALL LABELS under them. the music label themselves are responsible for the music prod and making for their resp groups.
Im a singer and I like to think that there are born singers and trained singers. Born singers kinda just know how to sing but know the musical terms yet. Trained singers is kinda self-explanatory, literally taught how to sing. There were a few people in my choir class that came in saying they couldn’t sing, and by the end of it, they came into their own type of singing. 31:18

BigHit only has Lee Hyun ( soloist), BTS and TXT. Lee was in military service and couldn’t mentor BTS since military service was much longer back then than it is now. BTS shows a lot of support to TXT and they seem to also be very close to Lee Hyun too. Lee did an episode of his show where he was an assistant to BTS for a day, or 2, they seem to have a lot of fun 😊

HYBE (formerly Big Hit Entertainment), however, has a bunch of labels under them such as Bit Hit Music, Belift, Pledis, ADOR, and so on. A few groups under these labels would be like Enhypen, Seventeen, New Jeans, and so on and so on. And then you have HYBE Japan that has groups like &Team and you've got HYBE America that has connections with a ton of famous western artists. I remember army sharing an infograph years ago to simplify explaining what was going on with the Big Hit restructure and acquisitions lmao. Tbh, it's kinda overwhelming that Big Hit started out with having problems with bankruptcy and etc and then BTS happened and they got all that money to build upon. It's crazy.

Besides the interviews with the other members, this is one of my favorites. I love seeing BTS as mentors and you cam can see how much Yoongi really enjoys being a mentor. One thing that is funny to me is when Yoongi was talking about how some of the younger one come to him for advice, and Joon asks why noone comes to him for help...haha this made me laugh but at the same time i like that they are so willing to help their junior groups.
