thank you it means so much to me I may only be 11 but Monday school,dancing Tuesday school,swimming Wednesday school maths extra class Thursday school,maths extra class Friday school,swimming saturday choir practice,swimming comp or dancing show Sunday church and there is just so much pressure to do good and it's so stressful and I'm so tired and my body is always sore from all of these activities I also do tennis on Saturday and football on Friday and I'm also starting gymnastics and I also have almost perfect grades for every subject and it's just so hard I also have to take care of my 2 dogs and my 5 tortoises 🐢 I literally get home at 6 or 7pm everyday and I also have to deal with homework and so many people have been commenting on my body so I haven't been eating well and I get into a lot of fights and I'm bullied a lot and it just seems no matter how hard I try I'm never good enough so this small message means so much good bless you that you for brightening my day Jesus loves you you're amazing

Find people who get you and stick with them and you will be able to move mountains. I hate hearing that kids struggle these days and just wanted to say, you are awesome and god loves you. Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖
