Yes you can go for isotretinoin course .One capsule daily in morning .it causes dryness on skin and lips .you can use lip balm for lips and hyaluronic acid moisturizer for face for dryness.
In case of oily acne prone skin you can use dermi ve oil free moisturizer by jenpharm . You can also use mendalac face wash .

But I have a question.. One of my sister's friend she had too much acne in her university life.. After getting married she has shifted in America there she took a laser treatment and now she has not any scar on her face.. Her face now clear like it never happened.. So tell me I live in Saudi Arabia (riyadh) I have acne from obviously after 14 years now I'm married and I'm 29 years old... Im usually facing acne on my chin area overall on my face aswell...
