I also like the subtle reference they did in the episode where the psychic guy actually gains psychic abilities and he says "I am the third Nakagami Eru." And it shows the time he fought Leon in the link joker arc when limit break was a thing
And this is why I think this series is better than Yugioh at this point. Especially since the the company or whoever makes acknowledgments like this from previous generations. Or in this case, timelines and dimensions between the two. That and universes.
@Jack-of-all-trades I'm just happy they both brought nostalgia and acknowledgment of, we, the watchers and players, that watched this story from episode 1 to this current episode. And it's still all cannon. Just a different viewpoint from our current events from real life and what Bushiroad has yet to give in terms of future plot and mechanics. We went from pure vanilla, to persona ride(?), break ride, limit break, reverse arc, and legion mate, which was amazing as a mechanic. Then we went into G era and now this so called reboot that uses both mechanics of vanilla with something to it and G era. I'm so glad I switch to this series in terms of being a player.~ Because I only want to make 1 deck in yugioh and that's Madolches and only Madolche. Unless there's a spellcaster deck that interest me, until then I want to complete Gear Chronicle and work on Great Nature too. Because vanguard has concepts in terms of characters I like seeing. Especially animals that wear armor and uses man made weapons--basically the high beasts of Royal and Shadow Paladins. Great Nature is there to bring my fascination of anthropomorphic animals that are both quadrapeds and bipedal. Now if Yugioh could bring four legged animals with weapons and armor as an archetype as the High Beasts, then maybe I'll invest in another deck.
the fact that they didn't just show the shots from the original episode but actually redrew the seen with the current art style and card design for alfred is weird
this part was cool but at the same time they rly called Gurguit just to run up and feed to Kourin Ezel in this episode LOL. I hope they do more call backs like this and maybe some for G-era too.
I was surprised about that. I thought V-series Aichi got KoK Alfred from Suiko offscreen too but nope, it was from the OG Timeline. So that confirms that OG (Up to Legion), G, and V-Series are different timeline
@@gwarguraqueentrickstarcoat9110 It was so hidden when it came to power, I thought it might have been an error. But I really think it was series purposely done to make it look like it is a different universe

I thought that's what it was referencing but I couldn't remember if she also gave it to him in V-series. Them using the V-series art in the flashback made it confusing too, I feel like they should've used the original
I rewatch the first few episodes of the V-Series & Aichi never talked with Suiko up until their Vanguard club in Highschool got a practice match with Ren's school. In the V-Series, Aichi pulled KoK Alfred off screen with Emi commenting that he was talking to his cards in his room. Check episode 10 of the V-Series.
No, this is still the V-Series Suiko that got the memories of the OG Suiko after reading the Akashic Book's history of her alternate universe counterpart.
OG series had Limit Breaks and Break Rides and eventually Strides. Image series had Imaginary Gifts and normal rides into Grade 4. This also had Valkyrion and the Astral Shift. The Magical Girls season in this IF timeline is an altered image and only one person, the magical eye on hand guy, is the ONLY one who remembers all three.
Yeah, just like the OG 2018 universe where The X could Legion with the End, every Premium Overlord player or anyone who's experienced the legion format pretty much knew how legion plays would turn out.
Wait, I’m confused (maybe because I only watched the og anime and one season of the reboot) so why does everyone say that there’s 3 timelines? Isn’t G part of the first one?
LOL I had the same thought when I saw it. I was like, Oh great, either this is a multi-verse theory or someone REALLY fucked up the time line and that's how V series became a thing.
...What ?...The fuck!?, so what time line is Vanguard IF!?,Didn't Our suiko From V!?, why is she able to Remember G time line !?, She not even give the card!?, she should not know that!!!!
Before you ask what episode, it's in the video description. #readingishard
But what episotde of DBZA?
Episode 53

Ahh man you beat me to it.
i noticed that but didnt think much of it, but yea this is confirmation, vanguard mutiverse
Second eru is the v series aichi was the protagonist
That moment made my day. Vanguard fan from the start. Vanguard fan till the end.
Also in the food club episode which is 10 of IF. The psychic dude actually remembered fighting Leon in Link Joker hen in a flashback
Damn that's mind-boggling it's nice to see that people are actually enjoying the if series. Really do need to catch up myself
So in the V-series.....Suiko rode Aichi before Kourin could?
(I'm sorry, that was the first joke I thought of.)
