There were two cards in the binder alone worth $350 the gengar alt art vmax and the trainer Rosa together are ~$380 that was a nice binder they had. Easy $1300 in the binder alone.
What about the only silver card to be made? Dialga EX secret 🤩

That alt art gengar, evo zard, and gold cele charizard caught my eye. Easy $450+ right there.
I saw the cards in the bin and felt sick. He had them in rubber bands. Many of those cards in the bin are going to be bent or damaged. The binder on the other hand, wow, nice collection.
The bin of stuff was definitely bulk after the damage done.
There were coins in the binder too, having both in a binder damages the cards.

got bored, rough estimate of just the bigger hitters in that pokemon binder was over $1250. The stuff I didn't bother counting range from like $2-$10 each, and there were probably close to 100 of them.

I sold a literal shoebox full of base set common and uncommons in college from my childhood for like 25$. I bought cheap smokes that lasted maybe a week. Not that I ever would but I could start smoking again for life with the money i let go there since many were 1st edition lol...Regret it still of course.

Kinda seem like those kids weren’t into just letting them go and the dad wanted to get rid of them , should’ve offered them some words from a fellow collector and gave them advise on seeking evaluation for that . Instead we try to just make our own personal profit off of people who have the same passion.

I collect evolutions and other cards in the xy era. Those cards are probably only worth 250. And if you’re trying to resell them, you’d wanna offer maybe 150 tbh. They’re not really worth much unless they’re graded psa 10. There’s a huge difference in price between psa 9 and 10 on evolution cards. For example. A psa 9 charizard is only $70. Vs psa 10 is $1500 because of the low population
Just from a quick watch through I could see a gengar vmax alt, rosa full art, dialga ex secret. Some seriously costly cards in there. That binder wouldn't have been cheap

As a reseller and all the time and effort you would have to put into sell all those ultra rare Pokemon cards period. I think 350 was a decent offer. That Charizard on top wasn't from Evolutions it was from celebrations which is a much cheaper version, but there was one for trainer in that binder that was worth over $300 itself. That binder retail value was probably close to $1,200 I saw a handful of cards that were over $100 each also! But you definitely can't jump in if not feeling a hundred percent comfortable
