D & J Drives series is probably the best tour of Barbados' towns, villages and landscape I have seen so far. Your coverage provides more detail and precise commentary than other series I have watched. I like the fact that you do not just stick to the coastal roads and main streets like most other vlogs. D & J Drives takes the viewer road by road exploring the area. The viewer get a sense of being there and experiencing what you are describing. At end of each tour ,the viewer comes away with a captivating visual experience of Barbados.
Thank you for the videos. You are doing a fantastic job. Don’t worry about the negative comments. People will always be critical. I am a Bajan living in UK. Keep up the excellent work.
Hi, let me tell you I'm from Trinidad and I'm enjoying this as if I'm Bajan. You are a natural and your voice is so soothing... do I detect a little Trini in there?
Hi, you did not mentioned that District E police station was the old bus terminal as the old police station was based at station hill not far from my grandad house in St Peter and you have to turn left on the Speightown by pass heading to other parts of St Peter when you are heading north and its called Station Hill and you have to visit Coleridge & Parry School Ashton Hall St Joseph's hospital Rose Hill Oxford Pickering Alleynedale and also these areas are where I have visited whilst on my trips to Barbados as I have family who were bought up their and for reference asks your son to check out the bus route 1A from Speightstown.
Hello, I was just watching your videos in Speightstown and you did not pass through Farm Road, Round The Town, Church Street and then up the station to Coleridge and Parry school where some of our Prime Ministers were educated.
Great job reminding Bajans of areas of Barbados that they knew of grew up in. One respectful disagreement, the top schl in the north is on top of the hill, Ashton Hall. You need to do a drive further to the north and visit that illustrious educational institution. 😊👍🏽
Alexander's school and the Alleyne were the two at the bottom of the list of high school choices,Queens and King's College were the top, Foundation and St. Michael's came next followed by Alexander's and the Alleyn School.

That's not my view but the view of many others 😂
The bakery on the opposite side of the street to the Orange Street Grocer has a nice selection of baked goods including turnovers.
Visit the Bayland now Bayville near Beckles Rd and Baystreet. 🤔
Great job you need to show parts of St. Lucy when you get the chance.
Thank you. We plan on doing a series on each parish

A google map should accompany this video and future ones to give perspective to those who are not familiar with Barbados.
