I don't agree, I think they do need more depth but in the meantime Sam and Stampy can be a good partnership, they just need to rub off each other a bit better, Sam doesn't have the pace to be left one v one like he was on the second goal so it's up to Sam to make sure he isn't, he needs to use Stampy to his advantage. Sam needs to take charge at the back and organise it, he needs to make sure at all time Stampy is covering the ball in behind.

But and as you well no there is always a but, as a uefa licencsed coach (which means nothing) you will not win a game this season if hashtag concede goals like that.......... ive seen all preseason and ive looked at all the league games and the goals been leaked are brutal. looking at the back 4 no shape, no press, too far away from each other, very square, no aggression and the big thing for me is when the press is put on theres no cover..... scoring goals is one thing but conceding goals is killer. looking at the games over all they are not been lost in 90 mins and i can see what devs is trying to do and he is doing a good job i think that games are been lost in poor decisions been made over half a second. what a poor decision that was to let the ball bounce for there first that ball has got to be won in the air...... like i said just an opinion that means nothing
The problem with the club at the moment is the fact that you have taken on to many players there isn’t a definitive squad every week different players so the squad chemistry is not there. When The club first formed they were winning left right and center due to the fact that you had a more consistent squad same players playing with each other week in week out! That’s what the club needs to bring back!

I think people are forgetting that Hashtag United are making a step up to semi pro. Even though a lot of these sides are new they have players who have played semi pro for a while, people don't understand the huge step up from Sunday league to this level. The squad needs time to develop!!!
Everyone who watches these videos need to realise this is currently a learning experience for the Hashtag crew and while the results aren't there just yet, they will undoubtedly come. Lord Kek it's non league everyone plays a high line in natural set up due to lower stamina and poorer passing accuracy, a higher defensive line means it's easier for you to pass from defence to midfield but harder for the opposition to play it in between the lines. That is why long ball is common in non league also.

I think Neil Richmond is a good player but, Ryan Adams and Dan Brown complement each other much better. Ryan similar to a Jaime Vardy who will just run for days and apply pressure to the CBs and Dan Brown being a fox in the box I think is just a better partnership IMO
Tekkers was missed big time in this game. Need to find someone to partner Stampy, and when Harrison returns he needs to play CDM to protect that gap between defence and midfield. Always a huge space there that has been exploited every game I've watched.
try playing counter attacks and defend with 5 at the back ... like any team who's recently promoted, play defensively and try to use he counter attacks because you get forward so much and the back becomes empty. playing a 4-3-3 with both wings helping defensively and a CDM who plays as a fifth defender when off the ball helps a lot. Leave number 11 forward at all times and use his speed to counter with ryan adams and dan brown coming from behind to overpopulate the attack. leave 3 defenders at the back and play more agressively. This is the only way you'll win trust me
I remember Souness saying Titus Bramble would stand and watch when ball was in other half. Devs said it before, set up. Get your bodyshape right, check shoulders and communicate. In saying that if you miss chances then you put your defenders and keepers under pressure. I think the lack of pace in centre of defense is a problem though, I'm new on this journey but watched all of your games so far and it seems to be the same issue in games. Anything over or through is being seized on by oppo. Full backs may need to stay home to tighten channels up. You created chances, competed for most of game. A win on Saturday and things will look much brighter.. It will come.

I think Neil Richmond is a good player but, Ryan Adams and Dan Brown complement each other much better. Ryan similar to a Jaime Vardy who will just run for days and apply pressure to the CBs and Dan Brown being a fox in the box I think is just a better partnership IMO

Tekkers was missed big time in this game. Need to find someone to partner Stampy, and when Harrison returns he needs to play CDM to protect that gap between defence and midfield. Always a huge space there that has been exploited every game I've watched.

try playing counter attacks and defend with 5 at the back ... like any team who's recently promoted, play defensively and try to use he counter attacks because you get forward so much and the back becomes empty. playing a 4-3-3 with both wings helping defensively and a CDM who plays as a fifth defender when off the ball helps a lot. Leave number 11 forward at all times and use his speed to counter with ryan adams and dan brown coming from behind to overpopulate the attack. leave 3 defenders at the back and play more agressively. This is the only way you'll win trust me

I remember Souness saying Titus Bramble would stand and watch when ball was in other half. Devs said it before, set up. Get your bodyshape right, check shoulders and communicate.
In saying that if you miss chances then you put your defenders and keepers under pressure.
I think the lack of pace in centre of defense is a problem though, I'm new on this journey but watched all of your games so far and it seems to be the same issue in games. Anything over or through is being seized on by oppo. Full backs may need to stay home to tighten channels up.
