Yea that's Satanel and Hajun. Guy at the far left is Muzen the 2nd Heaven. Red hair girl next to Ren with the dual blade is Mithra the 1st Heaven. While the pink hair is Amaterasu the 7th Heaven. The Light blue white-ish hair girl is the heroine of Pantheon and is the 8th Heaven.
So it is all the gods of the Throne. I guess that explains the "Pantheon" in the titles name. Though if memory serves, wasn't 7th Heaven a dude? No it's been retconed now. Marie holds the throne. She has the highest taikyoku value among all 10 hadou gods. But she's not the strongest being in the verse though.....

And I doubt the 8th Heaven will be on the level of Ren, Merc and Reinhard.

Naw hajun granddaughter is stronger she current one on the throne and has both her parents power her dad can be equal to hajun on a stalemate similiar to blue hair time stopper but it just endless loop of adapting to getting killed and resurrecting and gaining the power etc. And grand daughter might have her own new unique power

And hell no, Amaterasu (true form of hirume) only has power equal to marie (vfb), hirume herself is even lower. What you mentioned about habaki fight yato, he only wins becuase he using tumor's power, which at that time inflated itself with hajun's. When tumor reborn as amaterasu, that buff is no more.
