  • Welcome back to the channel!
SpectraLayers 11 has introduced some exciting, new and improved tools designed to enhance audio editing, particularly when it comes to isolating and cleaning up specific elements within a noisy audio clip.
In this episode We'll be exploring the improved Voice DeNoise module, and get the taste of the New Transfer Brush Tool, among other features to see how effective they are at separating specific elements from background noise.

cool, I learned something new here...that Voice DNz and Unmix Noisy Speech yield different results. There are so many ways to work. I've been using SL11 daily for about 6 weeks now; mainly on interviews like this one.
The potential issue with using the Voice from DeNoise module (destructive process) with the noise layer from Unmix Noisy Speech module (non-destructive) will (likely) increase high freq content as the "better sounding" DeNoised Voice will have freq content that is still present from the Unmixed Noisy Speech. Depending upon the user's playback system, the editor might think that process sounds "better" as the sound power of the differences in freq content will sum and may be difficult to unravel...or it might sound great 🙂
This is a pretty good explanation for prospects considering purchase, too! nice work
