And props to Chasity for getting the IUD and then still heading to work. I had to take a whole 2 days off after getting mine inserted. The pain was the most intense and painful experience I've ever had.

No but body injuries from not strengthening your muscles enough is really a thing. I spent my teens and early 20s on the computer for like half the day almost everyday and now I’ve been doing physical therapy to help me support my body better plus I got a vein disorder from not moving around enough so make sure you take breaks and try to take short walks each day Simmers 😅 Glad the injury got better ❤ this was a great episode it makes me want to redo my Del Sol Valley
