No.. you may try.. but I always have a fear of glass breaking in the oven so I do not use it. you can also use wooden rolling pin. just might have to rotate it mid way around

Yes you can store it in air tight container for 1 2 days

I have active dry yeast
Use about 2 tsp active dry yeast and make sure to activate it in milk before proceeding with the recipe
