I wanted to say something appreciative about Raja Choudhury's teachings but Miroslav Vasilijevic has pretty much said it for me. Been meditating for about 35 years, a slow learner but the natural DMT kicked quite some time ago and my body tinglings are becoming very strong so listening to Raja is fantastically encouraging & orientating. Shreem & rheem I did them both yesterday after watching your videos. And my god you weren't kidding 2 amazing vibrations! During the 15 mins silence following those 2 was like nothing I've experienced yet during meditation they were like jolts of surges of energy everytime I would take a huge breath in. And there were these amazing beautiful flashes of pure white light that would come and go with breath. Indeed. It is the Agya opening. The purest MAntra is AUM - A U M then mmmm trails off and then silence - then all other mantras arise. AUM is called the Pranav Mantra or the first sound the universe made when it was created....the emantaion from the All Mind. It takes us back to that first mind

The Absolute, being all-inclusive, is both yet neither male and female, is necessarily neutral, impartially inclusive. Neutral has been overlooked yet it becomes crucial at the third stage of meditation. Without it we become third force blind. Third force is the commons or common ground that includes and unites the opposites in mutual harmony.

When Shakti descends to the base of the spine. Is it common to feel pain and discomfort at the base of the spine? If so is the aim to raise it back up to the crown chakra?
Shakti does not descend. It lies dormant in your sacral sac at the bottom of your spine until you awaken Muladhara. If not carefully done that can sometimes be painful with heat, burning, swirling vortices and aching at the cervix or spinal cord. Just chant LAM and it will settle

Raja sir,is there something more beyond the 7th chakra? In other terms, what is the last stage? Or is there even any last stage?
Beyond the 7th gate is a realm beyond space and time of pure consciousness - one becomes a kechari sky walker and develop all kinds of powers and travel the other dimensions beyond or one can choose to go the light at the source and become one with everything
There are 2 centers outside ur body at approx 5cm (1 angula) and 10 cm (2 angulas) above the sahasrara called shakti and shiva centres respectively. Once that is permeated ur said to have become one with the universal consciousness.
Rush, there are actually 7 more chakras in the Tantras above the Sahasrara - I will share their details with you soon. Sri Aurobindo describes 5 levels before ultimate consciousness and he called them Anadamayi, Chaitanyamayi, Satyamayi, Parame and then reality...

Yes, ChrisM is known for his Shaktipat and Tibetans and more. A good syncretic teacher. You can generate your own SHakti once you understand the underlying principles and learn some hacks and techniques. Will put a course out soon ao anyone can start to awaken their Shakti without a Guru at first....
Neem Karoli Baba taught the philosophy of Hanuman Brahmacharya and transmutation of sexual energy into awakening at the heart center - Ramdass was his most famous American student - a true awakened Master of the previous generation...Baba once took a whole bunch of LSDD from Ramdass and remained in a steady state - he was already way out there....

Aum=>hrim=>shrim;

Aeem Hreem Shreem Aeem Kleem Sauh is one full sequence through the body. Aeem Kleem Sauh Sau Kleem Aeem - is a full circuit down the spine and up. Shreem or Hreem by themselves is very powerful for action (Hreem) and Attraction (Shreem)

Namaste! In Makara you said that the tongue touches the roof of the mouth. Is it the tip of the tongue that touches the roof or the whole tongue should be lifted to be attached to the roof? And is this the correct way to pronounce All words/sylllables that end with Makara, like Hrim, Shrim etc. Is makara the same as anuswara?
Yes, allow it to the touch the Bagha or roof as it ends...in front is Soma Nadi at back is Kechari

I have heard a certain Guru teaching to chant Aa, Uu, and M seperately. Instead of OoHm. Is that the right way ? Is there a basis for this in any of the ancient texts ?
If you listen to my talk you will see that OM is A U M then mmmm trailing off and then silence - so no difference - each resonates those frequencies needed

The theory is all well and good, but I wonder if anybody has actually used it to merge with the Infinite. If so, a step-by-step guide on how to get there would be good; and if, as I suspect is the case (I'm happy to be proven wrong) that direct progression of steps leading to this merging has not really been tested, doesn't it make sense for people to get enlightened themselves first, and then tell other people about it?
