Love the video man! For me when it comes to retainers, partnering with a social media strategist/manager is absolutely crucial. As a videographer I honestly despise social media and it's not my strength either. As unfortunate as it is, it's not enough to create beautiful imagery. Distribution is everything.
Love what you said about the imposter syndrome - pushing through it and proving to yourself that you can do it is such a great feeling! Also it sounds like the big job in January is somewhat in line with the dream job you described of building a team to cover a whole esports event :) best of luck to you man, you’re gonna do great!

Yo, your recent content has been real eye opener mate, especially on getting retainers. I just have one question, how do you come up with the content for the retainers, let’s say a dealership or gym each month? This would be my biggest struggle.
Saying a drone is underrated is a hot take. It’s definitely not as exciting of a talking point, but still makes or breaks plenty of projects to make it worthwhile.
I'd love to have some retainer clients and film their social content, but I always struggle knowing what the deliverables should be. Do you have a go to "this is what you get" for clients or how do you determine what they should get as their deliverables?
