Judo only developed newaza so far, objectively the Gracie's put an emphasis on variety of technique... Also think about how just poor judo guys do in BJJ comps more often than not 😂 clearly y'all ain't doing enough my nigga
@@demz6365 without Judo, BJJ would never even exist, just because BJJ stolen so much technique from Judo. Remember how Kimura kicked Helios ass. If IJF decided tomorrow they will introduce a new ruleset which gives the equal amount of time like in BJJ, i can assure you that Judo Newaza will rival BJJ in short amount of time. Remember the ruleset dictate where the skill set progress.
Neil is a fantastic Judoka, and a great instructor. Everything is so easy to understand.
I'm a 1st kyu, and I just learned more about newaza in 11 minutes than in 3.5 years of judo sessions.
