@@marinakaiser7639 it's alright hun, I don't think less of anyone for asking questions. I have PTSD. My nightmares are usually reliving my trauma. Having a calming sound (like someone talking) helps me feel more at ease and less alone, which lowers my stress levels and lets me sleep a bit better. And if I do have a nightmare,it helps me calm down by giving me something to focus on instead of fixating on the fear, so I can get back to sleep.
Hey Midnight, I know I am some random girl online but... It will be okay. It might not seen like it now, but it will be okay. You are amazing, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Don't let life grind you down, no matter how bad it seems at times.
Also, as a mother myself it makes me EXTREMELY sad that a mother would tell her children she thinks their house is haunted. Even if I DID think my house was haunted I would never tell my kids, unless they came to me with something. #1 you wouldn't want to scare them, #2 you don't want to plant that idea in their imagination.

Some men broke into his home and shot him! His dog saved him by attacking one of the men and running them off. He's been in the hospital for the past 2 weeks and is still there.

Absolutely love his voice , n these stories are so awesome. I cant sleep without listening to these stories, even though I have really bad or very strange nightmares, I'll stay up for days, when I put on the stories it slows my racing thoughts to relax enough to actually sleep
A couple of times, I experienced this too. Hearing family members call me in the night, while everyone is asleep. These moments correlate to sleep paralysis, which i tend to have when overworked. I usually check up on my family, when I hear it, to make sure they are fine. There is a story behind that, too.
I been hearing ppl calling me and I literally be yelling what and go check nobody is there even outside I be doing it and when I go to walk up nobody is there
