I grow up in the village and Young people usually meet during disco (in polish: " wiejska zabawa) Now influence of social media is very strong and high expectation is not helping to have balance view of the other person. Does the love spark always happen immediately ? If you strike a match does it always light first time ? Some things take time and if a couple have similar values, a shared vision of the future, at least one interest in common and there are no dealbreakers I'd say give it a second date even if you don't feel the spark ?
There is a lot of research on how people find partners and the result is very cynical. I follow Courtney Ryan and she has a very good channel about dating. She talk about having similar goals in life. Dating someone from a different culture is easier because we are more tolerant in that situation than meeting someone from our own circles.
Interesting video, when i first met my Chinese wife on our first date, i took her out for food and payed for food and taxi for her to get home. She told me about onetime that she had to go to her hometown to see her family, while there she called saying her father had arranged a blind date. She told him she was dating me but he, didn't believe in our relationship and said this boy was better and forced her to go. She called me on the way home to tell me about it,, she said he was very quiet and never made eye contact, and she payed for the food and taxi, he didn't pay anything, she said that that had happened before!😧 I said that's unfair, i payed on our date, why didn't she tell me about this custom, and she said we didn't date in her hometown! 😕🤣
Isn't obvious why blind dating is a terrible strategy for leftover women? Not many of them. Maybe helpful to expand to other disabilities like no arms or legs .. why limit to only no eyesight??? And even if successful, are you going to believe him when he says "NO" to the question "Do I look fat?" ???
