That gorgeous light green paint is a close match to the original green paint that was in my parents 1923 Craftsman (the house I grew up in) when they purchased the house. The leathered granite, the gorgeous green backsplash in the kitchen - so beautiful. You've done a wonderful job of keeping the character of the house and bringing it to modern standards. It's a fine line to walk and I think you've done it beautifully. p.s. Glad you're back! Missed you guys!
I owned a Sears Craftsman kit house. One of the amazing features was the amount of light in the house. Even on the most darkest of days, it was still bright inside. You never felt closed in and no matter where you stood in the house, you could look out no less than two windows.
I absolutely love everything about this house. The stain glass windows, the little cabinets between the kitchen and living room (I always wanted a feature like that), the 2 1/2 stories, the materials and styling. That fireplace! Great house and great job!
Love that you mixed modern with old school..Very important to keep the history of the older architecture intact when possible. They just dont build like they use to.Backsplash in kitchen is gorgeous but the cabinets are Horrible contrast. Made it look cheap. Keep cabinets but Please change the doors out to glass with possibly gold fixtures to set of the green backsplash. Other wise everything else was Next level perfection. Just my opinion But you know what they say about opinions. Lol. Damn good job guys..Really enjoyed watching the process..
I'm not seeing this style in my book on Sears kit houses. My guess is that it is not a Sears Craftsman kit house however it definitely was built in the Craftsman style.
Incredible all the original trim survived!
We worked SO hard and fought so many battles to keep what we could.
The house looks fabulous. Love all the original woodwork and features.
Perfection. Love, love love the cohesion of the old and the new. The finishes and the color choices are the stuff dreams are made of.
Thank you so much!
What a beautiful transformation!
Thank you! Cheers!
It’s such a beautiful home! Good job!
Thank you!! 😊

Thank you for your input! The budget was very tight on this one. The new owner could easily swap out the hardware and doors if needed!

Well, thank you for checking.
Has this home been sold?
Unfortunately, due to some bad neighbors it didn't sell. But it has been rented!
