I was impressed with George on day #1. With his vision and work ethic, I thought that he and his assistants were a fantastic hire to turn our team around! Nobody is perfect, but we have the greatest GM in the league!
@timothysisneros Yeah we need a possession WR who can eat up yards even if sutton comes back because he was the only wr getting seperation consistently. We definitely need to upgrade both the run game and TE production both were a weak link the entire season.
@@Kingdomcome120that’s actually very far from the truth lol. marvin mims was leading the entire league in separation the final 7 games of the season. & no, we don’t need another “possession” receiver we need another surehanded 4.3 speed receiver who can put people on skates.
The D Line has to be better also linebacker. Pass rush is fine but the Bills game showed stopping the run has to be a priority. Also, we need a better RB to help Bo.
MLB and TE. I would actually go TE first if both graded out the same since he can chip on edge pressure or be a safety valve for 10 years. Would love to develop a LB/S "tweener" that could fill an Aquib Talib role in our current defense
I'm sure glad that Sean and George were allowed to work together and finally not only produce a team with a winning record, but get the team back to the playoffs during the season that saw the Broncos inheriting a new NFL record of dead cap hit from releasing Russell Wilson and his contract. Not to bad for a team that was said to have the worst roster in the NFL. DB4LIFE since 1967 ❤️.
George really redeemed himself this season, the Russ contract was a really bad decision by him but his draft picks since he’s been hired have been great and his free agent signings have been amazing. George and Sean are a great duo.
I can never really be mad at George for the Russ contract. It was pushed on him by the owners to try and beat the Lamar Jackson contract. I'm not even mad at him for taking a swing on Russ because Denver's QB play had been miserable since Peyton and we needed something! Regardless of that miss and the Randy Gregory miss, everything else Paton has done has been absolutely top tier.
GOAT GM, incredible drafting skills. Took all the heat with that dead cap bill. Now we are slowly regaining our cap room and will be able to make key moves in free agency
People underestimate how HUGE of a decision it was just to cut bait with Russ. It had never been done before. BUT we had to get that cancer out of the building. The amount of times the Broncos were the laughing stock of the league based on things Russ did off the field was actually insane.
Use our pick and get a Garrett Wilson as a wr 1. And go in second round and draft a tight end. And get a good running back that can move the chains on first down. Simple.
George better be happy that Sean showed up. Because after he hired Hackett, traded for Russell and then gave out a huge contract. He could have easily been let go with Hackett.
This guy has been HORRIBLE. Reading the comments I am shocked to see all the positive comments. The only thing he did that worked was hire Sean Payton, and Coach Payton's leadership is what has brought the franchise back to relevancy. This guy's leadership before Coach Payton literally put this team at the BOTTOM of the NFL. The Wilson trade, the Wilson restructured deal that has put us in CAP hell, the Gregory signing, the Hackett hiring, and on and on.
They literally have $50M+ in cap space and can get to $80M+ with a few easy moves. 4 of the 5 All Pros were his draft picks. Sure, he hired a shitty coach before SP, but they course corrected. He’s in a more natural position now with an alpha coach like Payton. He just gets to shop for the groceries at SP’a direction. In that lens, he’s easily a top-10 talent evaluating GM.
Broncos are losers. Like a blind drunk who barely makes it home, the Broncos backed into the playoffs and lost. We need a new head coach. I dont think Walmart should be associating it's self with the Broncos. Nationwide everyone are resenting Walmart and the Broncos.
@@colem209Oh its definitely bait. Nobody with a functional brain looks at the season Denver had and declares them to have a bad coach or ownership. Sean payton really turned this team around and george despite some early blunders never stopped trying to make this team valid.
Man remember when we hired George back in 21? So much has happened since and the Broncos did great. Good things take time.
2020*
He should have never extended Russ before we saw him play in Denver. The team dug itself into a deep hole. Barely starting to come out of it
I was impressed with George on day #1.

Love Paton. I’m glad he’s still with the Broncos.
The Denver Broncos are moving a winning direction, keep up the good work !!!
Thank you Bronco management all of us fans are excited as can be
We need.
1.RB
2. TE
but we have Javonte Williams
@LeoTheBuilder-d67 Unfortunately after the knee injury he wasn't the same.
Funny how the need changed throughout the year. Back and forth between wr te and rb, and yeah, we definitely need a rb.

Great job you have built one heck of a team!
This was a great presser. Very impressed with GP

Time to draft a generational mlb
This!!

TE RB MLB
We need to move up inside the top ten for that to be possible. Could take Jihaad Campbell but he's not quick enough imo.
He will probably have played safety in college lol

Broncos needs significant Roster change with Elite players with consistency not inconsistence
The broncos don’t need a significant roster change
don’t need a significant roster change just need more pieces in place. need to add star players & develop real talent
Bugging hard😂

We're 5 impact players from where we want to be ILB, DL, RB, TE in that order
Good job but get Bo Nix help on offense a star or superstar will get you wins in the playoffs. Needs are 1. TE 2. WR 3. DT 4. MLB 5. RB
I think RB needs to be the #1 priority then TE
GP I am still till pissed about the deal you worked with Wilson. That set the organization back however you’ve made some good calls lately.

GET US A TIGHT END!

How is life or captain crunch not make the list?!

Did George just say that he/Sean took a guy in the 2nd round to be a returner and it took him 2 years to develop into a WR...? 😂
I’m naming my daughter Denver idc
Just call her Aurora. It’s close enough.
Draft mlb draft te sign rb draft saftey
