similar to cheerleaders, but dancers also have to wait an insane amount of time for awards and scores! i’ve competed at both cheer and dance competitions and the scoring and awards system is actually quite similar, at least where i am🤷♀️ there should definitely be some improvements in these areas, however congrats to you and your team! you all did amazing :)
I coach, Winterguard, and colorguard, and the scoring is very similar to where you find out your own score before you find out where you place and if you made it into finals or not. Also, I agree with you that if you go first in your round, they’re going to score you a little bit lower than if you went later in your round and it’s reality but I hate it.
I’ve been in LJ stand for years now and I’m literally so proud of them they did so freaking good and I love them so much and I love all the girls and I love the coaches. Amazing you Gabi you’re amazing and then maybe you could reach out to and see if you could get them jackets because like we all know that they got first I think our world knows at this point that they were supposed to get first place so maybe you could like reach out to them and just see if they could get jackets or not I don’t know just thinking.
