Yunjin wrote and produced Crazier and has several solo songs, well worth checking out. This is what she had to say about Crazier and it's place on the EP "I think the word ‘crazy’ means different things to different people. The members before me talked about four songs that each have their own take on ‘crazy.’ But this last track, ‘Crazier,’ is different. It’s about the absence of ‘crazy.’ The message of the song is that youthful life can be beautiful, even if lacking in crazy, which we wanted to convey with sincerity and empathy. Having this as the last track on the album is like us posing a question to you: ‘What does CRAZY mean to you?’"
The intro chasing lightning verses are them roleplaying as themselves, haters and fans simultaneously. It's a full story. The first verses are them telling about their hobbies or their favorite things with the members roleplaying as "haters". For example, when sakura said she feels like time goes by so fast when she do crochet, yunjin (roleplaying as haters) replied with "you've got time for that? you have so many more important things to do", basically like haters criticising that sakura should practice more instead of doing her hobbies. Then we got into the pre-chorus where they said "changing the ground, change this, change that" (which I think relates to yunjin's famous quote of wanting to change the idol industry). And yes, the tone did change in the second verses. They repeated the same lines, but this time they're roleplaying as supportive fans. Example, back to sakura saying she likes doing crochet, instead of criticising her, yunjin (roleplaying as a fan) supported her by saying she should do whatever she loves doing.
For those who follow the Fimmies' social media presence and variety content, Shiro is Chaewon's dog, Sakura crochets and Yunjin loves Greek yogurt are some of the most well-known facts about them
there are a lot of errors about who is speaking which line. for instance at 6:17 it's sakura speaking through the whole line and they highlight eunchae for no reason
5:04 If you really pay attention to the lyrics, Chasing Lightning gives you exactly the main message of the EP. People always criticize LE SSERAFIM's intros asking "is this a song?" I guess it's just me having The World is My Oyster, The Hydra, Burn the Bridge, Good Bones & Chasing Lightning on repeat then 😂. Their intros slap and give me goosebumps every time and no one can convince me otherwise 😭
Hi there, great reaction, I followed your emotional journey as a retelling of my own. I am happy to see Le Sserafim return to electronic & clubby music but there was more repetition in a few tracks than I would have liked. This album plays well while working or driving though. The last track was composed and produced by Yunjin, if I remember the press release correctly, with input from the other members and the basis for it was for the group to personally express in what ways they felt they were crazy for the work they do. Given that you like the tonality, I would really encourage you to give a listen to Yunjin’s music, which has been published by Hybe in parallel with Le Sserafim. There are just four songs to date and here they are in chronological order. For each of these she is responsible for the writing, the production and, frequently, the art in the MV: Raise y_our glass: th-cam.com/video/7hBf9Fxsg6M/w-d-xo.htmlsi=r1cb_1kHPlxcQ6u3 I ≠ Doll th-cam.com/video/9trNIRzbPMc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cToxv0J2mG59YLY8 Love you twice: th-cam.com/video/SF9qc-I7EeQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=7N-DLLKZtBIDqGzY Blessing in Disguise: th-cam.com/video/8ujllTK6w3k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=GHqGCqGZ8UCbkB4H For fun, here are a couple of interview clips in support of her first solo: Covering Adele: th-cam.com/video/qri1XysDTO0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Kl_yB6jnlPLP6-ye Singing Raise y_our glass live/first take style: th-cam.com/video/KTTH-2j6Fj8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=fPPwHwnYCFM6oBzd And the classic intro from SBS Gays Daejun 2022 with Yunjin singing opera and Kazuha dancing a bit of ballet: th-cam.com/video/m-gZNmus-Zc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SUdhYYYJfp52joBE
@@TJKReactsss I may have come off a bit condescending, my bad. BUT, to elaborate, the intros set the tone for the album, not necessarily sonically but more thematically, and they're usually spoken word (in the case of their full length album [UNFORGIVEN], there are "kinda" 3 intros as there are, I'm gonna call them, 3 different "movements" and includes songs from their previous 2 mini albums). I'm not sure if you were paying much attention to the lyrics to "Chasing Lightning", but if you did you would have noticed the shift in tone from the first verse to the second verse and probably wouldn't have been so confused as to why you're kinda hearing it again 😂 (don't worry, this is the only intro that has done this)
@teppybaka no worries you're good lol I didn't take it as a insult or anything. I did notice the shift in lyrics but seeing as I don't follow le sserafim it still didn't make sense to me 💀 Appreciate the breakdown tho!
"where my kiss at" IS CRAZYYYYYYY

An look how the named the tracks to. Crazy an crazier gives a yin and Yang concept feeling to it.

it's the meaning that connects crazier to the EP. All these songs are connected by the meaning like in order.
6:30 i think color coded does it wrong sometimes pretty sure eunchaes part is sakura

I see 🤔
@@TJKReactsss Their motto is, in a tongue-in-cheek way, ''Life is Content'', so it's like their lives is their lore lol!

Chaewon was on Hyeri's show recently and she said "Isn't Chaewon so cute? I want to break something every time I see her."
Mood.
Le Sserafim always have album intros that set the tone for the rest of the album. They may seem to yap but if you follow the lyrics it has a story.

I feel like many people don't understand LE SSERAFIM because they're unique and a bit strange sometimes and it's that strangeness I love so much.
just wanna put out here that the barking sounds from Chasing Lightning may be a metaphor to the haters throwing hate on them.
Yo kazuha saying jealous of going crazy, because your in love is such a f the hater bar ❤
i guess bro don't know about LE SSERAFIM's intro tracks 🤦
Well no 🗿 But I can gage that in general it's an intro to the album when listening but this is the first le sserafim album reaction I've done so far

omg id love to hear you react to more le sserafim!! antifragile and unforgiven eras have some of my favorite songs !!
Watch yunjin cover adele’s “when we were young”
If you want to hear Yunjin sing, you should check out her Lee Mujin Service episode: watch?v=FCAb1wTXKko (spoiler: she's hella talented!)
The Pierrot fan-made lyric video has a lot of mistakes regarding which one is singing
nooooo I love crazier
yunjin did the opera part actually and she is also the main producer and composer
of crazier
6:04 is actually sung by Eunchae and 6:17 is sung by Sakura the whole line.
7:51 the second line is sung by Sakura and 7:56 is sung by Yunjin.
Respect ur opinion for sure,, Pierrot is also a track i rlly like
13:32 I want my kiss too 😭😭😭😭😭
💀💀
1-800-hot-n-fun is my thing
