One of the most important aspects of being a successful entrepreneur, is being able to get your hands dirty n do most of the tasks you hire people to do e.g. cleaning, cooking, etc.. when employees bail-out on you esp in a concerted effort like it happened to Hawah!
It is common practice in work places for employees esp in low paying positions to conspire to sabotage a business because they've developed a feeling that without them you're likely to close n go out of business!! You can't let employees dictate what you can or can't do period!! Otherwise, you're bound to fail at any business you start!!
My partner n I have faced the same predicament before in our business venture. But 3 yrs down the road, we're still alive n kicking and still growing. But I bet those employees are still working for someone else without much change in their lives!! There is no excuse to let the business close simply bc some disgruntled employees chose to work against the interests of the business!! Though It'll be temporarily challenging in the short run without them!!. That is why entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart!!
