Belichick is too old. The Bears need to build a program that will last more than 3 years, Belichick would be 76 or 78 at the end of a contract. They need a young coach.
No 10 yr rebuild! No rookies. Win now! Losses were winnable. Bears need proven HC who understands elite nuances to outcoach. No experiments. Don't hold franchise hostage to contract of an unproven HC. Tough conf. All teams are only getting better.
Bill Belichick would be a TERRIBLE CHOICE!!!!!!! Just to old, he denounces Caleb Williams every chance he gets and he had 11 seasons without Tom Brady, he is 83-101... made the playoffs only twice... Sorry thats a horrible idea... a hard NO!
Evaluating Thomas Brown on his performance in the last 5 games is going to be extremely inaccurate. He's coaching with all of Flus's handpicked staff and in charge to clean up a shit show. All odds are against him.
@Mandy_39 I want a younger person whose been a head coach. Belichick didn't do so well drafting the last few years in New England, not to mention his domineering way of coaching may not sit well with our players. The big thing is he'll be retired out of the league in a couple years and we'll be starting over. Better to build for the long term than to go for a short term gain.
I’m a Belichik guy. I get why others don’t but he does let have to rebuild he just needs to lead it and can keep part of this staff. It will be easy. Don’t tell me that having Belichik we lose to Broncos and Detroit with their massive comebacks last year then the 3 games this year we should have won? Belichik hasn’t lost anything - he is a young 70s. I’m down for it. I’m not sold on Ben Johnson because his success is coming off a QB who was already good and he is playing in a dome.
Bill Belichick from 2000 with Robert Kraft as owner and Tom Brady as his soon to be starting QB? Sure. But Bill Belichick without Tom Brady, we saw what happened. He will be the GOAT NFL Head Coach. But even GOATs eventually lose their magic. He wants to consult? Sure. As for a head coach, someone young and capable of giving 20 years.
I love you Rank, but no way. He would insult Caleb at every opportunity and will need to retire in 5yrs. If he were ten years younger then heck yah, but as it is, NO WAY
I Disagree 3-2 for Thomas Brown is a no go… If you are trying to bring a WINNING culture ??? A “By the skin of my teeth” record is NOT a winning culture.
No way the man didn't do anything before tom Brady and he hasn't done anything since Brady left. He's 70 years old and he doesn't fit our culture. Let Thomas brown have the hob
Fit our culture? What culture is that? The losing one? There are a lot of reasons to not want him but not fitting the culture isn't one of them. In all honesty the Bears need someone who will do the opposite of what the Bears have currently been doing for the last 20 years. Our culture is not culture. It's perpetual disfunction.
Adam. NO. STOP IT!! Bill does not like Caleb Williams. He talks badly about him all the time. Let him go somewhere else. Hes only looking for his own all time wins. He's not the long term answer. Hes too old. 72. ABSOLUTELY NOT. We need a young offensive minded coach who likes Caleb Williams. Bill Biliceck doesn't want to come here.
Just watching this morning..big No on BB.. at 72 I wouldn’t want to deal with this again…I like him better as media contributor. Also hearing Vrabel maybe interested in Jets once he see who they hire as GM
He's 73 and washed up, and a defense mi ded guy no thanks on bill. Think you media guys need to wait for the season to be over before spreading this crap.
No no no and no on Belichick he is the most overrated head coach ever and is quite mediocre without Tom Brady let's be honest Tom Brady was coaching in the Super Bowl teams Tom Brady won in spite of horrible drafting never getting a first-round wide receiver with a defensive-minded coach that really wasn't that great at defense, above-average but not fantastic not only that but he wants to take full control over the entire team which McCaskey will never let happen and did I mention he's 73 years old I mean who respects a coach in a pair of Depends?
Stop calling to hire a coach you know this weak gm poles is listening. Give brown a shot he might be the guy. Just like everything bears do ,they’ll let him go and become a great coach Greg stop taking about belachick. He will ruin Caleb amazing confidence.
Mike Shanahan will be the best and very like choice. McVay is a long shot but would be perfect. Ben Johnson is the 3rd strongest candidate. BILL BILICECK ISN'T COMING HERE.
No, Braggs. Bill Belichick *was* a good head coach. His success isnt all Tom Brady, of course not. But when Tom left it became quickly apparent that Bill was well past his prime. Sorry, but absolutely not.
The fact that Belicheck hired Matt Patricia as OC disqualifies him
Belichick is too old. The Bears need to build a program that will last more than 3 years, Belichick would be 76 or 78 at the end of a contract. They need a young coach.
Exactly, Bill is gone as soon he get the all time wins record. He's not coming here to develop the team and the qb.
vrabel, ben johnson, thomas brown should be the 3 candidates
We don't need another defensive minded coach. I agree with johnson, and possibly Thomas if he finishes strong
@ you only get 2 choices, offense or defense. I don’t think eberflus’s problem was him being a defensive mind
When push comes to shove, I'll stick with the opposite of whatever Braggs whats.
Not to mention he also only runs a 3-4 defense which would require significant change or personnel
Bill without Tom = Bad...Tom without Bill = Championship.....no Bill for the Bears.
The Bears hiring Belichick would be like the White Sox hiring LaRussa.
That did happen 😅
BS. I’d hate to know who you think should coach this team. Yipes!!
@@edwardfurlong2708 In that case, I won't tell you, lol!
Falling asleep 😴 on the sidelines 😂
@@randomyoutuber7898 The thing that I honestly don't know is whether Belichick made Brady a great QB, or did Brady make Belichick a great coach? Both?
You two need your own show
No 10 yr rebuild! No rookies. Win now! Losses were winnable. Bears need proven HC who understands elite nuances to outcoach. No experiments. Don't hold franchise hostage to contract of an unproven HC. Tough conf. All teams are only getting better.

What he did to McCorkle was criminal. Matt Patricia and Joe Judge as offensive coordinators. Naw I’ll pass.
Sabotaged that kids career
I'm am 100% rooting for Thomas Brown to show out and prove hes legit, not having to change up coaches for the team could be huge again
That's a NO on Belichick, too many issues. Don't you want a younger coach for the next 10 years?
So you want a young coach with no HC experience over a man that's the most experienced & won how many Superbowls?
@Mandy_39 I want a younger person whose been a head coach. No, no offense to Bill but he seems much happier since leaving coaching and I just don’t want him. Let him be happy!!
That Devin Hester punt return for a TD is SICK!
Don't want or need BB to be the next HC!
I Disagree 3-2 for Thomas Brown is a no go… If you are trying to bring a WINNING culture ??? A “By the skin of my teeth” record is NOT a winning culture.
I wouldn’t consider keeping him unless he managed to win a playoff game at least.
da rank da best
I agree Belichik is a great coach. But I also agree he’s too old now.
No way the man didn't do anything before tom Brady and he hasn't done anything since Brady left. He's 70 years old and he doesn't fit our culture. Let Thomas brown have the hob

Bill B is 72 yrs old !! Just say No ! I want Vrabel in here !!
Yes he is.
No Belicheck
Adam. NO. STOP IT!!

Bill B. Didn't do so well with Mac Jones. Bottom line I think he's too old and not the right fit for Chicago Bears and CW.
Trade for Sean Mcvay
I thought coach Belichick wanted to have GM Authority also so I don't know how that would work with polls as the GM
If I am going to pick an old guy to coach the Bears, I would pick Pete Carroll, but we don’t need old guys to coach for only a couple of years.
Lets at least give the interim coach a little respect. Lets see how the rest of the season goes.
Just watching this morning..big No on BB.. at 72 I wouldn’t want to deal with this again…I like him better as media contributor. Also hearing Vrabel maybe interested in Jets once he see who they hire as GM
Kliff Kingsbury - NO
Not unless he brings tom brady with him.
Belichick is the coach that we need?! Nope! Harbaugh was the coach that we needed, but our team president f'ed that up for us now, didn't he?!
You’re kidding. Belichek is too old and was incompetent his last several years. Typical of Chgo - they are all incompetent.
You want incompetent check out Harrison Graham LOL total clown who steals tries and posts video about rumors Konkol made up LOL
He's 73 and washed up, and a defense mi ded guy no thanks on bill. Think you media guys need to wait for the season to be over before spreading this crap.

Thomas brown is not the head coach of this team. We need to get a huge fish. It's time to get serious about winning
Greg is huffing that Hopium! Bill is not the right choice at all
Mike Shanahan will be the best and very like choice. McVay is a long shot but would be perfect. Ben Johnson is the 3rd strongest candidate. BILL BILICECK ISN'T COMING HERE.
I'll never listen to Bragg's takes again. Trying to push a half-dead Belichick is ridiculous.
Belicheck's 24-year-old girlfriend makes him a health liability. But hope he enjoys the ride. 😁😁
I'm a total bear's meatball, but I'm getting tired of Bragg's takes, none of them are sure things.
Yes to Belichick!! No to Ben Johnson!
No, Braggs. Bill Belichick *was* a good head coach. His success isnt all Tom Brady, of course not. But when Tom left it became quickly apparent that Bill was well past his prime. Sorry, but absolutely not.
We don't need a 72 soon to be 73 year old Belichick. And it's really gross, by the way, that his girlfriend is 23.
Sammy start TF show
No, never, absolutely not.
Please god no belichick
