Delicious, quick and practical ice cream cake. We chose to place it in a large plastic pot to keep it wet. The syrup then thickens and is delicious! Do. I'm sure it will be a complete success! Kisses
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup of soybean oil or other
1/2 cup of sugar
1 glass of milk
Zest of 1 lemon (if you have lemon, it's better. If you don't, ok, it's great too)
1 + 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 spoons of chemical baking powder
Pan greased with oil and floured with wheat flour
Preheated oven to 180°
Syrup: 200 ml. of coconut milk, 1 box of 200 gr. of cream, 1 measure of milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar
Dulce de leche to cover the cake
Lemon slices to decorate.
