I also experienced the scent getting stronger over subsequent burns with my first ever Homeworx candle I just purchased, Chocolate Covered Kiss. I could hardly smell it on first burn and burn #3 was strong! I purchased another on sale. 😊
Thanks for sharing!! Candles should ideally kick in right away but obviously things can go wrong in the production process. Overall I am starting to see some improvement and I hope it keeps going.
Have you tried the Kringle tall 2 wick under the lamp for a few days and then pour off and finish in a candle crock. Would it last longer? Is the lamp tall enough?
hey Melanie i wanted to ask you... so i have a small " candle, fragrance allowance" lol I'm try to be smart about what i spend it on ! thinking of trying kringle finally! what I'm wondering is there is a bunch of medium tumblers on sale and i cant remember if any of the large jars are but would it be worth the money or should i just get the newer formula ones , is there that much of difference? just in your opinion ? thanks as always !
So any medium jars with the soy formula where a scent speaks to you, I'd say try those. The 3 wicks currently on sale look to be mostly soy blend, but if a soy 3 wick stands out, I'd go for that. The scents are all really authentic. The best throw comes from the new soy 3 wicks, again, make sure it does not say soy blend. Those get pretty sooty on me.

@@nikkikimberly161 Nope the country candle line is different. Most you will see on the website are paraffin. Country just switched from paraffin to soy with the new spring scents. I am talking about the 3 wick soy, those are their own thing. There are many on sale, but you have to be careful because some of them are still the old soy blend... I don't care for the soy blend. I like the NEW soy 3 wicks. Country candles all come with that old school Yankee style jar. Pay attention tho over the next year or so as they are still selling the old paraffin one's until they sell through. You want to know if you are getting paraffin or soy. The difference is HUGE there.

I have not done that but you could absolutely do that! The lamp I use has an adjustable arm and it goes up pretty high.
