The composition of the original chorus is very metal in its rythm and expression (just like Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer") and was hoping this cover would explode there, but instead the most power musically was really found in the verses here. An interesting listen nontheless =)
Yeah, arranging a song is a complicated thing. It depends on tastes and also on when you do it, because if I would make this cover again I may do it differently...I wanted to let the vocals leading more than the music here, so that´s why I did that way. Anyway, glad it was entertaining ;)

I may try to upload some of my most viewed covers, but it´s a risk, since few people are willing to pay for them (I´ve got more than 360.000 views of Katy Perry's ET cover and only 37 people bought the song, so it actually is costing me money)

Maybe you should check your ears :D She sings very soft in the verses and its not essy to hear with this heavy music, I agree, but in the chorus its much much clearer. Also rock/metal doesnt give vocals so much importance in the mix
I don't like Ariana's music that much, but only because of the kind genres her music covers. If she voiced a metal track it would probably be the only song I listen to for a year. Hence why I'm here. :/
Same here. I think she sing beautifully but I don´t usually listen to her songs, though her earlier material is more of my taste and I think those songs fit well into this rock/metal remixes.
I wished you would have used another voice for the song. Ariana Grande voice for me personally just doesn't sound good enough. For the rest of the song: the guitars, drums and bass were perfect and not overly done and didnt sound empty. So over all a very good job! And keep up the good work ;)
Thanks for your words towards my music, man. I chose Ariana´s voice because it was perfectly produced and I don´t have time right now to search for a female singer and schedule with her to record this (I was doing it in some free time I had during recording and mixing for another bands) I think she has a great voice, but she sings some parts softer, so that may be what you didn´t like. Anyway, pop singers like Katy Perry or Lady Gaga have a better fitting voice for metal, so I may choose another one for the next pop metal cover ;)
i really like the work you put out! i am always within the first few people to watch your video's sinds a year ago. about ariana grande, it is not the softer parts i didnt like. if i would discribe why. i would say her voice just doesn't appeal/please my hearing and dont make my hair stand on edge like siegfried does for example. The only bands i am interested in is when their vocalist is giving me a litteral eargasm. like: kamelot, avenged sevenfold, disturbed, stonesour(corey tailer from slipknot), judas priest, iron maiden and many more ofcourse. this is pure personal taste so don't worry about it. it's just my preference ;).

Maybe you should check your ears :D She sings very soft in the verses and its not essy to hear with this heavy music, I agree, but in the chorus its much much clearer. Also rock/metal doesnt give vocals so much importance in the mix

Same here. I think she sing beautifully but I don´t usually listen to her songs, though her earlier material is more of my taste and I think those songs fit well into this rock/metal remixes.

I wished you would have used another voice for the song. Ariana Grande voice for me personally just doesn't sound good enough. For the rest of the song: the guitars, drums and bass were perfect and not overly done and didnt sound empty. So over all a very good job! And keep up the good work ;)
Thanks for your words towards my music, man. I chose Ariana´s voice because it was perfectly produced and I don´t have time right now to search for a female singer and schedule with her to record this (I was doing it in some free time I had during recording and mixing for another bands)
I think she has a great voice, but she sings some parts softer, so that may be what you didn´t like. Anyway, pop singers like Katy Perry or Lady Gaga have a better fitting voice for metal, so I may choose another one for the next pop metal cover ;)
i really like the work you put out! i am always within the first few people to watch your video's sinds a year ago. about ariana grande, it is not the softer parts i didnt like. if i would discribe why. i would say her voice just doesn't appeal/please my hearing and dont make my hair stand on edge like siegfried does for example. The only bands i am interested in is when their vocalist is giving me a litteral eargasm. like: kamelot, avenged sevenfold, disturbed, stonesour(corey tailer from slipknot), judas priest, iron maiden and many more ofcourse. this is pure personal taste so don't worry about it. it's just my preference ;).

I like different kind of voices, but the ones you mentioned are more powerful than Ariana, so I get where you´re going. I love all the ones you listed (Bruce Dickinson, Roy Khan or Corey Taylor are some of my favourite singers)
