Honestly I do give these so called steakhouses some credit for trying it out but these misinformation needs to stop. For example they have mentioned that they dry age their steak for 30 days. I do wanna ask them where they have done this aging process. None of the steak looked dry aged to me. The quality of the steak served here is not of high quality. Quality of any meat depends on the marbling of the steak and to say that these are high quality then we are kind of taking away from what high quality steak really means. Brisket is not a steak and a brisket is great when it is smoked or even corned. So honestly a great steak house First needs to understand the meat and butchery and then cooking of it. If you don’t understand what makes a great steak in terms of meat you can never do justice to it by cooking it. I don’t want to be so critical but these so called steak houses are mediocre to say the least and it cannot be celebrated as quality steak house. Also if it is not dry aged don’t say it is dry aged.
