The lyrics highlight embracing insecurities, especially about body type (size/shape) because society puts so much pressure on females to look and behave a certain way. yes! About to write this! Not in my teens anymore, but I'm reconnecting with all of the emotions I had back then and insecurity was the biggest of them all. These comebacks are really healing all those wounds and making my teenage self feeling not alone🙌
their comeback this time is actually so emotional for me that i'm crying my heart out... the fact that they encourage us at the end tells us how much they know that most of us have insecurities of our own about being pretty, lovely, sexy, basically being "perfect" on certain POVs and the urge to be reborn as "the better person." rather of saying "you should be you", they said "i feel you" instead, to tell us that each of us have rights to embrace our insecurities.

For what I understood, in Allergy she wanted to do it to be like the others, but after the story of queencard she saw that she can be beautiful as she is and then woke up before the surgery. When you look at the lyrics as a whole, this song is so powerful. As a native English speaker, if I were to have only looked at the English lyrics, I would have missed the whole point of the song. @@Kpop_553 This music video is a continuation of their previous one, Allergy. In the Allergy music video, the girls, but especially Soyeon, all have insecurities about themselves. Soyeon feels as though the other girls are prettier and more mature than her and she wants to be like them.
In the Queencard mv, the story continues. Each of the girls learn to embrace their insecurities. The lyrics highlight embracing insecurities, especially about body type (size/shape) because society puts so much pressure on females to look and behave a certain way. That's especially true for k-pop idols, and Soyeon wanted to challenge those notions.
