Uss se pehlay on paper hee thi. Lekin iss mein bhi inn ki khuwari fankari ke saath chalti hai. Naya naya system hai to kabhi down ho jata hai, to kabhi hang ho jata hai. Lekin driving laws buht sakht hain. Mere family member Ke paas Pakistan mein driving experience nahi tha to unn ka driving test pass hone Ke baad 2 saal ka probationary period hota hai, jis mein 15 ki bijae 6 points hote hain aur raat ko drive bhi nahi kerna. UAE ka license exchange nahi hota Canada mein.
In India also you can open account from your phone. All documentation is on phone. Get your debit card at home within couple of days. No need to visit your home brach for anything. I don't have experience renewing my driving licence, but it is also very fast now a days. Obviously not as fast as 15minutes, but couple of days may be.
Islamabad is a few square kilometres, meanwhile, Pakistan proper is millions of kilometres across it. Highlighting an exception to the rule makes no difference.

Just say that you’re a bad driver. I’ve gotten driving licences from 5 different countries including UAE and I got mine on my first attempt. If you learnt driving in South Asia, it’s natural you’ll fail a few times before you are able to get a licence.

@@reez1728 it's not like that, you are exceptional that you got your licence on first attempt but you can't deny the fact that driving licence is business in dubai rather than a legal requirement. They are only earning money and I saw 90% fail to get driving licence in first attempt not because they don't know rules or driving, because they want them to pay more on classes and come again. It's fucking fact you can't deny. Dubaiiii is far away from a better country. Wealthiest doesn't mean perfect. 🙏

So true junaid bhai, even here in india it took 2 month for my physical driving liscence, until then they gave us temprory digital driving liscence on the date of apply which is valid for 6 month..., but luckly due this UPI and digital banking system growth at least we can make our bank account online, and even 0 balance bank account due to which every vendor and small sellers have UPI
Junaid bhai I don't agree with you. Lahore Khidmat Markaz ap visit krein renewal 50+ age ke liye foam dety doc se stamp karwana hota or ushe time nenew ho jata. Na lines mein lgna hota bss token lo within few minutes apka num aajata tickets bhi nhi leni hoti counter per within minutes sb kaam kr dety. I was really happy jb mein apna licence banwany gia ke itni fast service ho chuki hai Lahore mein I am not sure about other cities plus 24/7 service ho gai hai mene driving test Sunday ko dia or ushe din online ho gia tha mera licence.

But, Pakistan 🇵🇰 has different dynamics and the people who are selling books or flowers on the street have no choice because they never had an opportunity to go to school due to circumstances created by dictators and our own corrupt politicians. So please do not disrespect the poor people on the streets of Pakistan, they are what they are due to personal circumstances. 😢😢

Yun krte krte 2 Sal guzarne wale phr car ka license skip krke motor cycle ka lene ki koshish usme zigzag may fail krdia k per zmeen k q laga.... Ajeeb yar.... Phr ramzan ki wajah se usne bike ka license dedia....

I renewed my driving license within 30 minutes in Islamabad (also I received a Card). We need to appreciate Islamabad Trafic police in this regard.
