UAE ka license exchange nahi hota Canada mein.

Just say that you’re a bad driver. I’ve gotten driving licences from 5 different countries including UAE and I got mine on my first attempt. If you learnt driving in South Asia, it’s natural you’ll fail a few times before you are able to get a licence.

They are only earning money and I saw 90% fail to get driving licence in first attempt not because they don't know rules or driving, because they want them to pay more on classes and come again. It's fucking fact you can't deny. Dubaiiii is far away from a better country. Wealthiest doesn't mean perfect. 🙏
So true junaid bhai, even here in india it took 2 month for my physical driving liscence, until then they gave us temprory digital driving liscence on the date of apply which is valid for 6 month..., but luckly due this UPI and digital banking system growth at least we can make our bank account online, and even 0 balance bank account due to which every vendor and small sellers have UPI

Sir, China 🇨🇳 is most developed country in terms of technology, development and infrastructure. You can get driving licenses 🪪 after passing driving exam just in 2 to 5 minutes. Even you can get electronic license attached with your phone. That’s unbelievable. Some countries in Asia doing great job for society for humanity. On the other side even in 2024 Pakistanis 🇵🇰 don’t have electricity ⚡️, gas , petrol, roads , smart health , smart education, jobs etc any one of facility for 24 hour 😂😂😂. What a big shame unfortunately.

UAE still needs to learn. Licence can be electronic. Last week applied Learning licence for my son in India from home using Laptop. All personal data is taken from centralised database with one OTP authentication. Followed by written test exam with camera on. Once test pass licence is ready to take print or store electronically. All in 15 min. Physical Licence takes 2 month but who cares. Legally one can show electronic copy & police can check is from centralised database. For permanent licence first time there is test in RTO. Renewal can be done from home. Eye & fitness test is for older than 50 years to be submitted electronically. Cost Rs150 for learning & Rs700 for permanent.

I renewed my driving license within 30 minutes in Islamabad (also I received a Card). We need to appreciate Islamabad Trafic police in this regard.
