Mysore masala dosa recipe
Ingredients
1) Rice flour - 2 Cups.
2) Maida Flour - 3 Cups.
3) Roasted Rava -1/4 cup .
4) Besan Flour - 1.5 cups.
5) Idli Batter - 2 cups.
6) Salt - As per requirement.
7) Sugar- 5 table spoons.
8) water and oil as per requirement.
Inner fillings.
Chettinad Kara chutney and potato masala.
Idli batter
Soak 4 cups of Boiled rice along with 1 cup of Raw Rice and add 1/4th cup of flattened rice. Soak 1 cup of urad dal separately.
Grind as usual.
Tamil version.
மைசூர் மசாலா டோஸா ரெசிபி தேவையான பொருட்கள் 1) அரிசி மாவு - 2 கப். 2) மைதா மாவு - 3 கப். 3) வறுத்த ராவா 1/4 கப். 4) கடலை மாவு - 1.5 கப். 5) இட்லி பேட்டர் - 2 கப். 6) உப்பு - தேவைக்கேற்ப. 7) சர்க்கரை 5 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன். 8) நீர் மற்றும் எண்ணெய் தேவைக்கேற்ப. உள் நிரப்புதல். செட்டிநாடு காட் சட்னி மற்றும் உருளைக்கிழங்கு மசாலா. இட்லி இடி 1 கப் அரிசி சேர்த்து 4 கப் அரிசி அரிசியை ஊறவைத்து 1/4 கப் தட்டையான அரிசி சேர்க்கவும். 1 கப் உளுத்தம்பருவை தனித்தனியாக ஊறவும். வழக்கம் போல் அதை அரைக்கவும்.

मैसूर मसाला डोसा रेसिपी सामग्री
१) चावल का आटा-२ कप.
२) मैदा-३ कप.
३) भुना हुआ रवा-1/4 कप.
४) बेसन-१.५ कप.
५) इडली बैटर-२ कप. 6) नमक-आवश्यकता के अनुसार ।
7) चीनी-5 टेबल स्पून
8) पानी और आवश्यकता के अनुसार तेल । भीतरी भराव । चेट्टिनाड Kara Chutney and आलू मसाला.
इडली बैटर
4 कप उबले boiled हुए चावल को 1 कप कच्चे चावल के साथ भिगो कर रख दीजिये और 1/4 कप चपटा चावल डाल दीजिये । 1 कप उड़द दाल को अलग से भिगो दें । हमेशा की तरह पीस लें ।

All the people who are cribbing about maida not being healthy- am sure you have never ever eaten a pizza or bread or cake or most biscuits (where maida is the only flour).Those also have many preservatives. Here maida is only one of the flours - amount of maida will be less per serving.And you are not going to eat this everyday.Thanks Vignesh for sharing a wonderful recipe and the people at this restaurant who were willing to share their secret recipes in such detail.

Puzhukal arisi 4 Cups
Pacha arisi 1 cup
Aval/ poha 1/4 th cup.
Urad dal 1 cup
Water as much required.
