  • Zeeshaan Shah also known as Zee Shah and Zeeshan Shah has from humble beginnings built a global property empire. In 2013 he featured in the hit TV show on the BBC, The Apprentice series 9 with Lord Sugar. An award-winning entrepreneur, Zeeshaan Shah is also the founder of multiple companies including One Investments, One Capital, and Diyar Homes and is a founding Board Member of CPIC (China-Pak Investment Corporation). His latest project is a $200 Million Luxury Apartments project called One Canal Road in Lahore Pakistan under the brand Diyar Homes.

    Great interview, I own a business worth a few pennies, and I’ve been in a very similar situation, I nearly lost it all, now my business have tripled turnover, since then. Hard work will get you to where you need to be.

    he invested in Gwadar but why wont he invest in RUDA (Lahore) with much stronger fundamentals

      @@TheSajHussain that's zeeshan's own project. RUDA is river front development, land was earmarked for decades but authority was formed by previous govt. Will be 46km on both sides of Ravi river

      I don't think he is a Billionaire. His companies collectively have transacted around £1 Billion of property.

    Is he not related to the Bajwa clan? Asim Bajwa who was a Pakistani General then chairman of CPEC a $60 billion dollar investment where allegations have been made that hes taken kick backs and hes family Zee have benefited enormously........? is that why he doesnt use hes family name??

      I am a UK Pakistani in Islamabad since last sept ..Allhumdulilah construction is still happening with some big builders..Yes it has slowed down as material costs has quadrupled. But life goes on and bargains are available when markets are down
