Happy birthday! ✨ Btw, re your sleeping problems: I’m a lifelong insomniac and I found that a few things really help falling asleep and sleeping through the night. Weighted blanket, a sleep mask and listening to a sleep app (my favorite is Pzizz!) are my best tools against sleeping problems. Also putting your phone on night shift/not looking at screens at all the hour before going to sleep.
