Would you say Murad is an effective counter against Skud massive damage (Murad is not targetable on 2 abilities, and to me it seems he's quite good at harassing) ?

Glad you liked the video.
Murad is very bad against Skud. He has very low damage output on tanks. The only heroes that can counter Skud are Florentino, Hayate, Maloch and Lauriel. Skud is one of the most broken heroes in the meta right now and without true damage it is too hard to even scratch him. So Murad won't even be anywhere close to being effective against Skud.

Yes. Murad is not a very strong hero. His ult deals no damage
