yes. It is a tiny tiny bit faster, but the main thing is that most people, after getting used to it, find it to be more consistent.

Do you mean like the origin of the word?
the name originated from a jump called "cascade beans" which is a jump where u vault from behind a ledge, it had a meme name but the "beans" part just stuck i guess

There’s nothing stopping you from doing that, I’d just thought of it like a month ago bc of the constant not understanding terms and having to ask about them. I left out plenty of terms, mainly focusing on any that could be relevant to improvement

Vaults are actually called cappy roll jumps
I presume you are joking, but that is an outdated term

@@want-diversecontent3887 I wasn't around when the change was made, but I presume it is because there are other methods to get a vault with speed so we switched to the more general term.
