Is it a way to stamp nails with gel polish? If so what brand? I’m new to stamping but all I’m seeing is nail polish.

There is gel nail stamping polish that you have to cure. I prefer just using regular stamping polish and then using a gel top coat over it. You can check out whatsupbeauty.com and Uberchic beauty.com
