@@Andre87191 am fully aware of this but the treatment of elephants (and monkeys) is not just a national disgrace - it is known throughout the world as to the horrific abuse of such wildlife with little or no regard for the rights of animals. The same can be said of many countries but the elephant particularly is such an incredible and intelligent animal that has also strong family bonds that last a lifetime with also possessing empathy for other species other than their own, that it is shameful not just to that country but to all people particularly tourists from other countried who willingly and so ignorantly participate in this abuse that is marketed as ‘entertainment’ when it is gross exploitation of captive animals whose spirits are broken in such horrific ways that can only be described as sadism,. The same applies to India particularly and also to Vietnam and Cambodia. People of the so-called Western ‘civilizations’ are just as bad, turning a willfully blind eye to the abject suffering which domesticated cows, sheep, goats, pigs, hens, ducks endure in order to be ‘meat’ for such hypocritical humans who would not accept any abuse towards their pet animals such as dogs or cats but do not have any feeling or the same respect towards animals reared in horrific conditions to be then slaughtered as ‘meat’ for human and pet consumption. Watch more One FC, this is pretty standard behaviour there. Most martial arts competitors worldwide are respectful and honourable people. Maybe the fact that you think it’s rare says more about where you look.

As someone who grew up in an MMA gym since age 7, this type of camaraderie among competitors is the most beautiful thing in the world to me. Way better than any sunset. I have so much respect for everyone I’ve ever had a hard fight against, so do these guys. They felt proud of their competitor. They were happy for each other and they both had nothing but respect for each other’s grit at the end of the bout. In that moment, they shared a bond greater than most people can imagine. It literally makes you feel high when it’s over. I’ve never in my life been as happy as I was in those moments.
The best way I can describe the feeling is to say that it feels like you and this man just survived a war together. True respect like you can’t even imagine. You will only ever feel this feeling and demonstrate the grace these guys did when you learn to love fighting for fighting’s sake. If winning is your prime directive, you won’t be able to savor the moment. You’ll be worrying about if you won and feeling resentful of your opponent for beating you. If that’s you, fighting is going to be nothing but pain and stress for you.
Being competitive is great but if that’s all that matters to you, you’re going to have a terrible time. Even if you remain undefeated, you’ll live in constant fear and never truly be able to appreciate the fight.

These warriors, the are killing machines but they decided to go thru life with kindness and be respect, that makes them strong.
Rodtang's like "fight they said, it'll be fun they said." Mad respect for both fighters, even though his cuts gnarly, it's nothing compared to permanent injuries, that fighters have over the years of fighting. Back pain and arthritis is real people, making fighting a career is the quickest route to it.
Rodtang's is an amazing person. Although he is a martial artist, he always show compassion and respect for his opponent. I just love this man, truly a wonderful person
