One, just because she gave you along with its permission doesnt mean Japanese government and Imperial Royal Guard would do the same, you know the usual politics thingy even if earth already on apocalypse (look at TDA). Two, he actually use it though somehow Type-00R got damaged beyond repair or maybe destroyed or no spare parts left or something similiar so he resorted to F-4 as last ditch before he die.

I've never noticed before how much foreshadowing was here... With full context this ending is 100x times more depressing. Knowing that this world will literally be able to exist ONLY while Takeru still there... Regardless of whether Alternative V succeeds or not, there will be no future for any of the people in this universe, because everything is RESETS the moment Takeru dies...Takeru and billions of people are doomed to suffer through all of this hell over and over again... Untill damn Sumika gets what she wants... This is really paints her as a kind of malevolent goddess in the retrospect.
Funny because without Sumika and the loop, humanity wouldn't stand a chance in the first place. With this they have slight chance to fight back. If you look into that perspective, she's like goddess of hope or something

I had a dream. A dream of innocent people, brought up in a VN world that never knew the meaning of peace. I had a dream. A dream of peoples who risked their lives for the sake of those franchise they wished to protect. But the only thing that separates dream from reality, is whether it feels real to you upon waking up. As for what's real and what's not... Kouki only knows. And yet... I still feel like there must've been something I could've done. I feel like that has to be the reason why I was attracted to this franchise. If this cursed path was truly unavoidable, then what was the point of me and other being here at all? Sad farewells... The fate of Muv-Luv fans... As well as my own destiny... I don't think any of this was set in stone. If I'd had a strong will and money to protect this franchise from the beginning... Then maybe I could've accomplished something no one else could. That's what I think. Which is why... Which is why, from here on out, at least... I'll pay, and appreciate those new gacha and kusoge... and try to protect all of this leftover. I want to protect this abandoned franchise to the very end. That's what I want. Those who've been left behind... All the memories that remain... And... the franchise I love... I'll protect them with all my life. There must be something I can still do. I know I have the strength to do that much. Muv-Luv isn't going to disappear. We'll never, ever gone. Not while I'm here... Not while I'm... still here... Hahahaha Hahahahaha HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I've just finished this VN. Extra was incredibly boring for me, but Unlimited made all those grueling hours worth it... this ending especially brought me to tears. Alternative, here I come.
I liked Extra, but not as much as the other two. Extra just broke me up because it always made you feel like such an asshole to the girl you didn't choose. And the ending of Unlimited made me just implode into tears. I'm nearly done with Alternative now, but I'm slowing up because I don't know if I can handle what's about to happen to these characters I like so much, like Meiya and Kei.
I have to disagree. Extra was a fun charming little romance story, with a sad but understanding ending. Unlimited just got randomly dark for me, and son of a bitch Alternative cranked that dial. For me Extra is most likely my favorite.
I want to see their son,s version not only daughter vision And I wanted to see how they built the colony building on the other planet they transported and living ❤😊

Wdym it's Takerus? In Meiya's route Takeru inherited Meiya's Takemikazuchi. He didn't pilot Gekishin anymore.

EXTRA in general is boring. Unlimited is ok for me, but has it's own little problems. Alternative is the reason to read first two vns, enjoy.
