Evangeline Fuentes 'Garbage Collector' Candidate withdraw from MUPH2023 Competition due to Illness

Evangeline Fuentes is a former Garbage Collector representing Pangasinan, one of this years' Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Strongest Contender. However due to her health condition, Evangeline withdrew from the competition. The specifics of her health condition was not detailed but many fans are felt sorry for her because She's a potential candidate because of her life story.
