Coming from a 31 year old spanish girl that is new in the k-culture, I recently saw It's Okay To Not Be Okay and I got interested in her career because she seemed to me a very talented woman, and I discovered the scandal and controversies. I'm not justifying what she would have done or not have done, i'm saying that we need to watch ourselves before we criticize or tag people. This sick tendency of cancelling artists for this kind of stuff needs to be stopped. Artists are forgiven for much worse mistakes. Kim Jung-hyun has been forgiven, why hasn´t she? It's disappointing.

I'm not justifying what she would have done or not have done, i'm saying that we need to watch ourselves before we criticize or tag people. I personally think her personality has been so misunderstood. We are allowed to be weird, we are allowed to be random, we are allowed to be introverts, and even jealous. This sick tendency of cancelling artists for this kind of stuff needs to be stopped. Artists are forgiven for much worse mistakes. Kim Jung-hyun has been forgiven, why hasn´t she? It's disappointing.
