I'm really glad Rogue came out with these. The RKC kettlebells from Dragon Door have had E-coat for a while, and I've been on the verge of pulling the trigger on them but damn, they're SO EXPENSIVE! Glad I held off, I just ordered a 44 and 53lb from Rogue, at literally half the price! And made in the USA!
The quality of the Rogue e-coat kettlebell is really bad -- rough edges, inconsistent coating, wierd large mold shape --- like they forgot how to manufacture kettlebells and are beginners at it. I ordered the Rogue regular kettlebells instead, even though I prefer e-coat.
The original powder coated rogue bells that have the strip of color are the same as rep fitness, kettle bell kings, they are mass produced in china. If you can just buy them used from market place or offer up, and save money. They are going to get chipped, and rust if you use doubles, no need to baby them and try to keep them safe from chips and rust.
You’re wrong. Rogue Fitness has been producing Made in the USA kettlebells for a long time. Powder coated. The main visual difference is the lack of color coating. th-cam.com/video/P7SQoP7qXRo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ibMpUvelxszNEgiF
@@garagegymreviewseverythingya it’s purely a looks thing, it looks more premium with no seam. And maybe it’s just because I have a materials background and truly appreciate a nice finish. Like even at 2:15 in the video it looks to me like you’re going out of your way to hide it lol Now that said I’m probably still going to buy a set because they seem to be the nicest option on the market for the price. I like the lack of color coding, they look more old school/hardstyle
the ecoats are a nightmare if you want a premium look. i have 10 of them and the finish on all of them is poor. the seam, yeah, but they also have random rough/sand papery spots all over the bell in various places. some parts are smooth some are rough. it's a QC issue, in ALL of them@@Chase_Anderson
Never buy Titan fitness kettlebells. They’re all inaccurate. Ordered two 30lb kettlebell and they weighed 28.7lb and 29.3lb. Would recommend spending the money on quality kettlebells like rep, rogue, kettlebell kings, etc.
Ok Y'all, we need a Lindsey Home Garage Gym Tour video!
Filming soon! Can't wait to show it! - Linds

YES! That is what we love to hear! - Linds
Did you not want to show the competition style kettlebells?
They also now have Power Coat KBs made in the USA, not just E Coat. And Rubber Coated KBs (non-USA) but smaller range.

Just buy a variety pack of rolls of tape with different colors and you can easily distinguish between different weights. :)
Hey, you're on to something there! That's actually not a bad idea! haha! Thanks! - Linds
Curious why you wouldn’t talk about competition style KBs?
Just haven't tried them yet! I am hoping to soon, and will do a review if we get the chance! - Linds
I have a hard time getting past the very visible seam on the Rogue e-coat.
Because you don't like the look of them or are worried about the structure? - Linds
