After my last Owl carving video i saw the Owl love and the frustration of the non carvers out there so i put this video together for those who don't carve or need some brownie points at home.Walnut became the theme but don't let that get in the way as many of the tools and wood can be substituted for whatever you have on hand and this video is just for inspiration to get you going and if you like this kind of thing share it around and i will do it again as i left out many other similar projects - บันเทิง

These are great pieces to do with the grandkids. We can go collect what we need and then each can make their favourite. That's Doug!

I don't know if you just come up with this stuff or you see it in books but I love it. You have gotten me into carving and my family loves it . You are so creative and I think a good guy that enjoys what you do and loves your family. I have your cup and a tee shirt and wear it proudly. keep up the good work and I hope that some day I will have a chance to meet you in person. Wow! You've got a good eye for creating things. Makes me want go out and make some owls. I have everything in my back yard that I could use. My husband wood shop has everything you need to build and stacks of different lumber but right now I won't step a foot in there because theirs a six foot black snake that lives in there. Waiting for cold weather.🐍😳

We had ButterNut trees in our yard growing up. They have all died off now but I didn't know till recently that the wood of a ButterNut tree is a highly prized furniture wood. Great video Doug those are some really fun projects.
