jump squats, lunges, knee-touch-chest jumps....just to name a few
some of these guys dunk better than blake griffin and most of the NBA players ..
they probably wouldn't handle a game in the NBA .. you`re right .. and again .. you`re right in saying that NBA players focus more on execution .. sets for every lineup .. etc.. I was just talking about the dunks .. if you take the NBA dunk contest and put it against this video .. you can see a big difference
