Many people don't understand that to have a viable business you have many more things besides showing up to do the job. Cost of equipment, liability insurance, and travel time are all cost of doing business. You are showing a fine example of what the cost is of doing business. Good video and excellent explanation of what the cost of experiencing to do a good job.
That nail was put in 100 years ago more or less - likely a fence line. Long before houses were here. What a post oak. Deep inside of the tree.
Much respect for you guys and gals that are professionals. Amazing Tim!!!
Tim, another great video from a real pro. Thanks so much because I respect professionalism regardless of one’s field of expertise. You’re the best!!!
I appreciate that!
I heard you explaining how complicated cutting a tree down is and you mentioned it’s like surgery. In the UK we call people who do your work “TREE SURGEONS” I find your videos very interesting thank you
What a terrific lesson on trees. Enjoy your videos.
Many thanks!
Looks like he has a few more trees to come down. Great job on that one.
Chop it from the top and lay it on the ground. You do excellent work taking them down. I have wondered if you ever hit metal when chipping trees?
I love watching these videos , every job is always a new challenge , excellent work 🪵🪵!!
Glad you like them!
HEY TIM AS ALWAYS WE GET A LOT OF REALLY GREAT INSIGHT TO THE DETAILS OF YOUR WORK THANKS SO MUCH FOR THAT ! I AM CURIOUS IF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE JOB WHAT WOULD BE YOUR APPROACH TO DEALING WITH THE TRUNK FULL OF METAL THAT YOU DIDN'T WANT TO PUT YOUR SAW IN ?🤔🤔👍👍
Your the best DAM tree cutter that i have ever seen .... It's just amazing watching you and how you explain what your doing .... Thanks for sharing .. And thank the Lord for your safety ....God Bless
Thank you
Tim your the best thanks for job you did on the tree sorry about the metal
What a great job. Such a dangerous tree that's safely on the ground.
It’s a beautiful tree, sad to see it get taken down…but I can see that lean, and that can surely cause a problem!
Wow what a great cutting machine
Yes, and a couple old boys working out of a pick up truck with a rope and a saw and no insurance… they drop a tree on your house. You can sue them all you want but they probably don’t have anything to take anyway.😮
Great video Tim and very informative 👍
Another fine job! As always I learn alittle something from your videos. Never to old to learn, and I got the old part covered 😂
Enjoyed watching the video Cottontop3 😊😊
This video was a great example of why i love your videos. You take the time to explain why you do the things you do and how to do them. Great tips for me to learn as an total amateur/home owner. 👍👍

Awesome job brother as always
I appreciate that
Good morning bud. Hope you,Jill and the girls are doing great. ✌️👍🙏🙏
Yes sir
You can always help the healing by making a v-shaped cut in the collar, at the very bottom and top. This will make the sap pass the cut along the sides. (Read P.P. Pirone)
Another great video Mr Tim thank you for the info on doing the job right
Thanks 👍
Big limbs over houses are pricey to get rid of because of how much needs to be done to do it and not punch a hole in the roof. On the other side of that, your homeowners insurance should go down as the risk from such trees is removed. It might even be able to get the insurance to pay for it, or mostly for it, that's something you really should talk to a insurance adjuster about or your broker.
But now that I'm near the end of the video, talking about the possibility of metal being in the trunk. It might be worth it to invest in a handheld metal detector and thingy. Only down side to those is it can't locate ceramic or glass. well price as well is a downside I suppose, but would it really be that much of a downside to not get any surprise nails, wire bits of fencing. A cable or chain because at some time in the past the tree was used as an anchor point and the tree overgrew the tie down.
The ole screaming demon
Yep, You called that one for sure Tim !! Hope it didn't mess your chain up to awful bad man...And again , learned something new once more, Thank ya Sir !! lolol... Great Video....
Great work as always Tim, I'm sure Mr Dale is proud of You💯👌👍🙏😎
what would happen if you save a carbide tip chain for cutting the stump. Enjoy your videos
Just trying to keep you up to par to keep you in practice for sharpening your chains just kidding I know it cost you money and time every time you hit something you have to bear it but you don't have to grin love your videos be safe and have a great day Sam
