This song played from a french spy station during the Cold War. It was known as the Tyrolean Music Station and send out coded messages to agents on the eastern side of the wall.
Actually it was disguised as a Stasi station. But it was actually run by a French counterintelligence group. But was taken off the air a day after a small radio magazine reported on it.
