Installing Glow in the Dark Rocks in Concrete

Construction has begun on the nation's first Glow-in-the-Dark park in Farmers Branch, TX. The plans call for 18,000 sq. ft. of glow-in-the-dark concrete bliss. In this video we're running some small 3x3 tests to determine the best method to apply the aggregates, plus determine the best saturation to achieve the desired effect.
