I just listened to the bear series and loved it, I have to say I didn’t like Marla in that one and so far can’t stand her in this one and I’m more than half way through. I hope she improves.

Yes the voice is too robotic.
The previous book with the bear shifters was better. Seems bears are gentle men and wolves are jerks. Also the AI in this book is totally unemotional. This book needs a rewrite, give the characters more emotion, more depth. Your previous books were much better written, maybe you rushed this one.
