How complete arturo vidal was at juventus was crazy, in my opinion he was the most key player in the midfield, not for nothing he was even the top scorer and assisting player of juve in one season as a midfielder.
In those years I used yo watch almost every Juve game. Man, those four were amazing. Especially pirlo and prime pogba were on a different level. Pirlo was a bit old but still amazing, a real orchestra conductor and pogba was fast, skilled and his shot from outside the box was just perfect. They were really a joy for the eyes.

Il pallone d'oro a Cannavaro invece che a lui fu un furto bello e buono e pure quello di Kakà ad essere sinceri.

Not many managers and sporting directors get how important balance is, at least from the way they set up teams it seems like they don't. Just see how perfect this midfield is with how they complement each other, cover each others weaknesses and platform each others strengths. Can't think of a single midfield in football today that is even close to this one.
If it was any other team like Milan or Inter I dare say they might have even won the UCL with such a midfield it is a same we haven’t won any international trophies with this midfield

All of them could attack, all of them could defend, all with different styles. Perfectly balanced midfield. I never missed a match of that Juventus, despite not being a Juventus supporter. Sometimes people forget that Juventus buy them for a total of 10 milions. A world class midfield for free 😂

Of course his career isn't enough for him to be amongst the likes of zidane, xavi, scholes, iniesta etc but I am happy to say I've seen crazy performances from him. Just a shame we couldn't see it more with the big trophies to match at club level

@manciajr2805 did you saw the UCL final? They played toe to toe, obviously the Spanish trio was the more technical between the two but the Juventus One was Hella more physical and still got great technical level.

I think the best mid should mix technique and physicality, there is no way on hell they are better than Milan with Ancelotti Gullit and Rijkaard. I hate to say it but even Modric Kroos and Casemiro is a Better midfield. I still think the 2015 Juventus mid was better than 2015 Barcelona mid, and that game got to Barca favour for 2 reasons: poor ref decisions and that mf front trio
