Thank you for uploading this!! What they say in this interview is the main reason why most English speaker think Asami`s Einglish has very thick accent. In my opinion, Her accent is not so bad for Japanese. You can see it when she speaks usual conversation, or when she sings slow quiet songs, of course it's not perfect though. The main reason why her accent sounds so thick when she sings LOVEBITES songs is the structure of their songs, which put English lyrics on Japanese-like melody (Japanese essence). English and Japanese language are totally different in both pronunciation and grammar. So It's very difficult to write songs in English lyrics for Japanese artist. Of course the genre they play is another reason. Heavy metal or Hard rock needs powerful voice and to sing very loud. Sometimes it's hard to catch the lyrics in those type of music, isn't it? Asami or Miho (the members who writes lyrics) is doing a great job about it, IMO. They are trying. They are always trying to do their best.

Reminder, Asami lived in LA in her teens studying ballet. So I think if she has time to think about what she is going to say, no accent. Also Midori is English Fluent.
pretty, talented and just so pure, they love their white outfits. They are really grounded, no black leather, no tattoos or anything, just traditional Japanese girls with dignity and poise......love it!
Apparently she lost her father in 2019, and it really hit her hard. As she is the founder, it had made people speculate, if there were any other reasons. My guess is; that the girls wanted to focus on the foreign market, while the death of her dad made Miho stay closer to home. There is some rumours about an argument in the band, but as long as we don't know, I won't speculate.

(chaos control) imho, perhaps miho want to back to traditional old school metal. notes for the song lovebites, even versatile and wide spectrum, have a tendencies to symphonic metal. (can't denied, due to all current members lovebites now with fami, all have basic to piano - and we all knows, piano is an instrument for mostly for classical music.) notes, mostly the songs of lb, composes by miyako. I think the leader wasn't asami alone, miho, miyako, then asami. just imho. 😊
They're not the same...still waiting for top notch album. Classic LOVEBITES still the best, reactors tend to react to their old songs alot more than the new stuff
