- I had a fantastic day for scanning when I was on Arran this year.

The was highly impressive reversing skills at the end! Don't get me wrong the rest of the video was good too but the reverse at the end was the highlight.
Music -great, scenery -great, dialogue-great, editing-great, reversing skills -BRILLIANT. Love every video u put out.

Impressive backing skill there Cammy! I loved the entire video... but the Cara Cam was so cute... especially her blonde curly locks when she was looking to jump down from the scanning trailer! Precious footage from her perspective! Another beautiful day in a beautiful part of the world!
Thanks, even I surprised myself with my reversing! Was great to have the camera on Cara and see things down at her level, different angles keeps things interesting.

OMG I was thinking you need all terrain tires and you said it like at that precise moment I thought it. I so Loved this trip to Arran all the wonderful views of the land and water and Ferry boat. Such amazing farmers to let you share their beautiful farms. And Cara did a wonderful job filming!

I could have watched another 17mins of that action easy. Letting Cara go with the camera was brilliant and she did a cracking job. The drone footage just gets better. And I can't say anything about the reversing skills that's not already been said!
Oh and zip tie those wires up. Can't tell if it's your hair or the sheep's wool hanging off it 🤣

I just LOVE the energy that the bagpipe synth music adds to this video! And Texels are my absolute favorite sheep breed - their faces and body structure are beyond beautiful to my untrained eye.
The bagpipes do fit with the dramatic scenery, makes it very Scottish 😉
Those little trailers are usually a pain in erse to reverse ,,well done 😎🐑

Scotland is beautiful. Loved your video as always. I would like it if you held the scanner on the sheep a bit longer so we could see if we could guess how many lambs they're having 🐑🐑🐑

Wow it's so beautiful over there. I'd love to see just a panoramic scenic video with all the sheep and all the beaches :-) if you edit one together for all of us in the States! Hopefully after the pandemic I'll make it over to the Isles for the wool and fiber festival. Great video and keep on working hard and having fun!

Everyone is right . The reversing in the dark was amazing. You can see the degree of difficulty. Maybe someday when you have time you can show us a map of Scotland so we can get some perspective on where the islands are exactly. You go to so many different places. A map gives us some idea of the range of your adventures in the sheep game. You do gain an understanding of the support services needed by sheep farmers. I’m hoping if I watch this long enough I’ll be able to understand more of what’s said.

Probably my favorite bit i've ever done. It's a song from Braveheart.
My frozen shoulder just hurts (more) by only looking at you holding that camera stick up high without rest. And you hold it so still, it's amazing. Arran is gorgeous! Like the whole rest of bonnie Scotland.

This would have been my biggest season scanning which has been great and the new crate is making things all the more efficient.

Nothing like an early morning drive to the ferry, then a beautiful day on Arran! Great fun watching you interact with the farmers while you work. Loved the drone shots and the Celtic music. 💖

A great little trailer! The countryside is beautiful. The farmyards and houses.
here in the States many of the old Farms are no more. So sad.

“Good fun”? Probably not for the chaps who had to push you out...but the Cara Cam was great! Particularly listening to her giggle. Only thing I could’ve wished for was a slower tour of the villages and countryside. But loved it as usual.
Think the boys enjoyed having something to do pushing me out 😉😂

Loved the music. Makes me nostalgic for the decade I played in pipe-bands and the three seasons my other band played in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo (2 in Scotland, 1 in Australia. Saw lots of sheep on the way home when we stopped in New Zealand for 2 weeks!)
Excellent. I'm honestly loving your videos, have been binge watching. Love how you just have so many facets to your farm life, you're shearing for people, scanning as well as looking after your own flock. I really hope that you realise your dream one day of working a farm full time and it being a paying venture for you (unless you have since the video I watched that said that was your ambition)
That is still the ambition, happy enough working away as we are and being ready for an opportunity if it came our way, glad you are enjoying the vlogs.

Hello from North Carolina, USA!! I found out about your channel from Sandi Brock's mention in one of her videos. I subscribed bc I LOVE the Scottish accent and the land. Please don't worry about the "Queen's English" but if you do use a word you think we may not understand, provide the translation and I'm good. I'd rather have fun expanding my vocabulary & culture than worry about being proper. It's a delight to watch you & your dogs move the sheep too! Thanks for all your effort making & editing these videos!

Beautiful video. Scotland is breathtaking. How long did it take to drive there from your house to Arran? Do you have a limit to how far you will drive to do scanning? What’s the farthest you’ve driven? Again, the views were amazing!
It's about 20 mins from my house to boat then 50 mins on boat then 20 mins on other side. A really fun day out. I'd drive anywhere for the right number of sheep. I've driven 4 hours to scan up north this season
I enjoyed the pipes a playing in the background, found it most calming. The Cara Cam was a great addition. Funny how guys letting their hair grow out generates so much interest by others(convo captured on Cara Cam). I say let the curls go. My hair does something similar too when I go several months without a trim. Loving The Sheep 🐑 Game. 👍

Great video again. Geat footage seems like a lovely place. You fitted so much in. Serious reversing so many people cant reverse a car!!! Which is annoying when you meet them on a narrow road and have to reverse a lot farther than they would.

Fair play cammy getting on the boat, i used to hate reversing on at night with the headlights blinding your.
Worst thing about reversing at night is your vehicle reverse lights reflecting back off the trailer
Was a pretty tight gap, would probably never make it again! 😂
What do you use the flame gun for , is it to make the metal warmer or to Remove chance of infection and disease from another flock
It is to remove disease and infection from each flock when I move to another farm, much easier in the winter using instead of a pressure washer on farms, I pressure wash the trailer each evening when I get home too.
