It's awesome looking, but what would you use it for? Anyone who can afford this and is travelling any further than a couple hundred miles, they will just fly there and be there so much quicker.
I would say it would primarily be used for business or executives that are traveling throughout a large city. Basically, a chartered luxury bus carrying them around in some city like LA or hollywood.

Where's the emergency exit? Roof? One of the windows? Sprinter based vehicles have the rear door.
There is one in the roof area and an emergency release on the main sliding door as well.

Seriously, if someone wanted that much space why wouldn’t they just get a nice tour bus. Do you need the toilet and fridge going from your office home or between meetings?
